Great staff and lowest priced hotel for miles Maintenance was very responsive, cleaning staff was prompt and reliable. Any issues were resolved swiftly by The Property Manager, Diamond. Great location for frequent trips to The Medical Center. Shuttle Bus was prompt and reliable to Medical Center locations.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service After traveling from San Antonio, TX. my fiance and I checked into the Extended Stay America (Room 109) at 7979 Fannin Street, Houston, TX only to find blood on the bathroom wall, blood stained linen, room phone inoperable and extremely bad customer service. For your health and safety Please Don't Stay Here!⁰ AWEFUL..

I have never seen worse Don’t use this hotel for any reason I have never had such a terrible customer service, we booked a night stay while on road trip to spend the night at Houston then move over, we called front desk asking them if that’s ok to show up late and a guy there told us it is ok to come anytime, we arrived there around 12 am the door was locked?? Someone was there but did not let us in, we waited about an hour until the security guy helped us to get in, a lady was there told us that she doesn’t know how to use the system and asked us to come back at 7 am on the next day!!!!! We asked for the manager’s phone number they said no, and again asked us to come back at 7 am. What kind of customer service is it?? If we have a place to stay overnight why would we book a hotel ???? We had to go and find another hotel to spend the night. Agin I don’t encourage anyone to use this hotel and I won’t stay there forever.

Great advice for local resources I traveled to Houston's Medical Center to support family. The hotel was convenient, the shuttle service was reliable, and the room was clean. Vanessa was an excellent resource for Houston stay. Other hotels in the area did not represent the same value.

Bad buisiness hotel This hotel was dirty, people living there, and it had roaches i stood there 4 days and asked the second day why arent they cleaning my rooms, they told me they only clean rooms if we stay 7 days, made no sense! The guy in the front kept disappearing and was rude, after i checked out they tried to charge me extra because the guy said the room was dirty, then other random charges kept popping up in my account from this property a week after i had checked out already, i had to dispute with my bank
