Family stay at the Hilton Stayed on the 20th floor in the west tower. The hotel is clean, and well maintained for its age. At the check in counter, Joe, was very patient and kind, also he was wonderful to chat with! Only issue my family and I experienced was when we asked for extra towels and blankets they kept sending it to the wrong room, but we eventually got what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Top notch The hotel was very well kept, very accommodating and our breakfast at 1600 Bar & Grill was amazing. Mohammad was an amazing waiter. He made sure we were happy with our meals. The service staff was there when we needed them. I will definitely be back

1600 Bar + Grille _ My best experience was at the 1600 Bar + Grille in the Hilton Americas-Houston. The customer service was outstanding. Hostess Shai was incredibly patient and helpful, going above and beyond. I also had the pleasure of meeting Miguel, the Senior F&B Manager, whose positive attitude is truly contagious. It all added to the incredible food served.

Super experience! Everything was great and beautiful! Highly recommend it! We stayed in the Parlor suite and it was amazing! The service was great! I feel they need to do better with their executive lounge, not as good as others I have been to. I think they need to add more diversity to it.

Hilton is the best! Went to sorority conference in Houston. The room and view were great. The mattress was so comfortable and the room was large for two. Im a Hilton Honors member and it’s worth it! I was close to restaurants and George Brown Convention Center. I wish I took pictures of the view but I looked at it daily. Ty for the great service from all of the Hilton staff.
