Needs an overhaul This hotel is a bit tired. Rooms are okay and bed was very comfortable, but the bathrooms need a total overhaul. Not only was it small, but the shower was awful. I had a major temperature issue in my shower where the water would go from ice cold to scalding hot (as in had to jump out of the stream because it was so hot) and it was like that each time I used it and left me very annoyed. This honestly could have been very dangerous in a situation where a child would have been using it. The noise level at this property was not great, and I did have to call the front desk one night when the room next to me had loud music playing until after 2am. I’m a pretty chill hotel guest, but I was working that weekend and there was zero chance of getting sleep between the music and activities happening in the room next to me. Breakfast was awful. My coworker and I were laughing about how it was by far the worst hotel breakfast experience we had ever encountered (we travel frequently for work!). I need to eat gluten free and they were very unsure of what I could and could not have and were just flat out rude about it. I did order an omelet and it was SO overcooked…Better overcooked than undercooked, I guess?! My coworker got avocado toast that took no less than 30 minutes to arrive, and her avocado was so undercooked that it couldn’t even be smashed. Needless to say, we opted for Starbucks breakfast the second morning. We have a work event in this area, but we will probably opt for a different hotel even though it’d mean a further drive.

Lackluster I’m sure this hotel was great back in the day but that day is not today. I arrived on Saturday and I had received an email saying I was upgraded which I appreciated. They upgraded me to a jr suite which was located at the end of the hall so it was a very nice view with all the windows! However I went to take a shower and it was full of bugs. I called downstairs and they offered to move me to another room on a higher floor and it was still a suite. Ok cool. I had to ask for a luggage cart because I was here for almost a week and I had a lot of stuff. She did bring me one back and I relocated. Both rooms-the wall paper was peeling in the bathroom, the doors to the bathroom were all scratched up and the molding was cracked around the bottom in the bathroom. There was a storm a couple of days later and when I returned to the room there was a leak in my room. That probably explains the weird smell I had caught a whiff of the day before. I called downstairs and they said they would move me again. Maintenance came to bring keys and a luggage cart because I thought to ask for one this time. He even helped me load my stuff up and move it to the other room which I was thankful for. I give it a 2 because the bed was comfy and there are a lot of good restaurants close by and it was convenient to the clinic I was working with. I thought since I am a gold member I would have been offered a credit to the restaurant or extra points or something for having to change rooms twice during my 6 day 5 night stay. But nope. Nothing. I will have to travel to the area often for work but I will definitely have to find somewhere else to stay.

Needs work. Ok, where do I begin. When I walked in around 5:30pm on 10/9/23, I was greeted by the front desk staff, the young gentleman was very nice and friendly. I went to my room initially because the app said my electronic key was ready to use. Went to the 12th floor and nope, trek back down to the lobby and had to get a regular key. Frustrating to lug my stuff back downstairs. My room was really nice, size wise and they do clean it as well as possible but as all the reviews say, extremely outdated, needs everything replaced. What was really frustrating was the temperature of the water in the shower. Early in the morning, you turn on the water, you have to get in because you're on a time crunch. You stand there, sticking one arm at a time in the water and you're dying because it's so damn cold. By the time you get through most of your body, it finally warms up just in time to wash your hair. On my last morning there, I had a 7:20am flight so I was in that terrible cold shower earlier than I'd like to think about. Yes, I would run the water ahead of time as much as possible but come on! The hotel has potential, but they need to put some serious money into it. The hallway on the way to the elevators has some type of scented thing plugged in, I had to gag as I passed it everyday and wondered what needed to be covered up, scent wise. I've stayed at the Aria in Las Vegas, amazing smell when you walk in, they aren't trying to cover anything up, it's just a wonderful, stays with you and even provides a memory to reflect back on type of smell. Anyway, I was attending a conference. The room itself was fine, no issues there, however, each time we took a break to use the restroom down the hall by the restaurant, it was an adventure. We all laughed because you never knew which sink would leak out water and which would provide the soap. You also, typically had to use a roll of paper towel that sat on the counter that you had to rip off a piece to dry your hand. It was crazy. I would stay again if I absolutely had to, the convenience of attending my meeting and going up to my room during a lunch break was really nice. Sorry, I hate to give a negative review but maybe someone will listen and sink some money into this potential of a hotel. Nice employees though!

BEWARE: Racist Front Desk Staff Racist & HORRIBLE customer service by Solomon & another woman at the front desk. Their rooms always smell like weed and when you ask for a certain floor one will tell you they are sold out. Another one will tell you they are 76% occupancy. They will never let you speak to a manger. The woman will claim she called a manager named “geno” The hotel and the front desk is trash.

Nice mid-range hotel The staff was the best thing about the hotel. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. pool was a good size for a hotel. My only complaint is the rooms are a little run down (scuffed up walls and furniture, nothing major) and could use a facelift, and I could not get the fridge to work
