AVOID AT ALL COSTS Avoid this place at all costs. I dont think I have ever written a bad review but feel compelled to write this to let other people know about how bad this hotel is. Would have to be the worst hotel I have stepped into. The room was full of mould, people loitering outside the lobby. A broken car window smashed in the car park. Room lock felt very unsafe. Worst hotel i have ever stepped into. Had to leave at 11.30pm to find alternative accomodation. Still waiting for a refund, staff lied about it being 'processed'. This place needs to be investigated.

Avoid booking for your own peace of mind. Terrible experience. Originally planned to stay for 3 nights but had to check out after one night due to a power shortage and lack of A/C caused by a tropical storm. I was assured I would be reimbursed for the two unused nights. However, after multiple calls over the following month, not only was I not reimbursed, but I was also charged for an additional night. They refused to admit their mistake or take responsibility for the erroneous charge. I had to contact my bank and initiate a claim to resolve the issue. Avoid booking with them for your own peace of mind.

Cute boutique hotel, but the room was musty. This boutique hotel has so much potential, but the room killed the vibe for me immediately. The vintage, colorful decor is inviting, and the receptionist was kind, funny, and helpful. My room smelled musty, and I saw hair in the linens upon arrival. The room hadn’t been dusted properly, and I asked to see another room, but they were completely sold out. They were kind enough to cancel my reservation without penalty, and I grabbed a drink at the bar and chatted with a few locals before leaving to another hotel.

Not worth it.. Soon as you walk in there is a sign stating the water will be off 12 to 2 for the follow day, and what I understood is that it was off the day before. My t.v. didn't work nor did the hot water or the ice machine. They moved me and my baby to a different room at 1245 a.m. The rooms laxk trimings and cosmetic pieces as well. The next day when I called an complained the Manger over talked me and said he did a favor to me by moving me so I can take a shower and there is nothing else that will be done for the inconvenience. Please listen to the reviews. They should be closed until there done renovating. They have a ton of toilets in the parking lot along with all kind of debris. So watch your tires as well.

DO NOT STAY HERE Worst hotel ever. Does not come close to 3.5 stars. Most unprofessional staff. Was hung up on at one point. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Pay attention to reviews. After every 1 star there’s a 5 star. Obviously the hotel is inflating their star rating. Gross
