Don’t waste your money Don’t waste your money - this hotel is overpriced and has terrible costumer service. Hopefully the construction is finished by the time of your stay. During our stay in the heat of August the AC went out and we had to go buy a fan after hours of trying to resolve the issue with the front desk. The beds are hard and don’t even think about asking for pillows - you get one per person. Need anything from the front desk? It will take an hour and multiple calls to finally get ahold of someone. There is a general lack of care from check in until check out. I called (again multiple times over several days) to let management know our issues during our stay and the lack of care in the response was apparent all the way to the top. Literally you could spend half the money for a chain hotel and get a higher quality night of sleep.

Nice place to stay Very good service. excellent customer service, excellent break fast, everything is close. Room are very clean and comfortable, you can walk around, make some shopping, drink and eat, a lot please to eat. I comeback anytime, beautiful hotel and beautiful restaurant and people.

Caffe Moran It was a really good. Place was really neat, and service was amazing. Definitely I will recommend the place for any activity. Food was really good. Personnel was very efficient and neat. Excelente view. Very good located and most wonderful after the meal you can walk around.

Café Moran My husband and I had an amazing breakfast experience. The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. I would give it a solid 10/10 rating. The place was clean, and the view was excellent. I'm eagerly anticipating the next visit to this restaurant. After breakfast, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll and explore the nearby shops. The atmosphere is truly delightful and perfect for a relaxing time.
