Bartender Jackie rocks Jackie at the Bar is awesome. I came in late from a long day of delayed flights. The bar was empty (a rarity) and the cleanup had begun but she she welcomed me in to the bar and shot the breeze until close. It ended up a great wind down from a long day of traveling. Very cool and easy going, she’s a great representative of the ZaZa spirit. Cheers!

Unbelievable hospitality experience even during a very difficult time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Hotel Zaza while we were displaced due to Hurricane Beryl with two children with special needs. We travel a lot and have stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world and I cannot say enough about the level of service, grace, kindness, haste, accommodation, and all around 5 star hospitality this hotel showed our family during a very difficult and stressful time. I have never seen service like this. They did not miss. We were greeted with smiling faces, people ready to help, problem solving, extending and moving our reservation around several times as our situation changed, amazing food and service in the F&B area, and so on. Thank you so much to this entire, wonderful team. It will not be forgotten.

Superb staff I booked this hotel for a client and he advised this stay was the best "vacation" he ever had. He said the hotel staff were wonderful in every way. The coffee bar on each room floor is super convenient. The food was excellent. And the bed was very comfortable. The location is great as well--nice views and fun to be near the museums. He intends to come back again and again. Highly recommend. This client has stayed at many nice hotels in large cities on business. He ranked this one--the best of them all! Always great to please clients. Thank you ZaZa.

A Hotel that Honors your Requests This was the first time we stayed at a ZaZa Hotel and we were very impressed. First, I am disabled and use a walker. I always request our room to be near an elevator and that the room have a walk in shower with a shower seat. Most times we get neither but not at your hotel. I was very impressed that both requests were honored! Your staff exceeded my expectations and for that, thank you! It made my stay much more comfortable. Our room was perfect and we enjoyed our “brief” stay. If we are ever in Houston again, we will definitely stay at the ZaZa Hotel-Museum District.
