Bottom of the line Hyatt The Bad: 1. There was no body wash in the shower. 2. The toilet leaked slowly so about once an hour the tank would refill which woke me up. 3. The air conditioner was loud. I usually turn the fan to on instead of auto but that die not work. 4. There were cockroaches in the shower in the morning when I went to shower. 5. The building is run down. Elevator did not work, tiles loose in the bathroom, older carpet 6. The blinds did not work in the living or bedroom (which was ok as there was nothing to see outside anyway...) The good: 1. Staff was friendly. 2. The room felt clean. cant comment on: 1. I did not partake in breakfast 2. I did not call the front desk for anything

Dirty and unorganized The hotel was dirty. Carpet was wet and huge stained in hallway 4th floor. Check in at 3pm and room was ready but restroom was not fully cleaned. Dirty towels on floor and restroom door lock was not working. Called front desk for clean towels and never came. She claimed it’s still being washed and will deliver when ready so never happened. What hotel doesn’t have enough clean towels? Left for dinner came back 3 hours later and still was not clean!!. It was too late to change so we just stayed since we had an early flight next morning. I would never stay here again and a disappointment for Hyatt. Hopefully, this review will get them to do better.

Pick another Hyatt location This building is run-down. The elevators don't work. The wifi doesn't work. You also probably won't have any phone service. The building smells like mildew. and the rooms are half-cleaned. Make sure to put the DND sign out, the workers just walked in after 1 knock at 8am.

Steer clear. Your rooms are too small. Tv is only 1 feet away from my face when in bed. Bathrooms are joke small for 6 foot guy. 7am construction begins and wake up with banging. Beds are terrible. They are bought used probably. It sinks in. Garage door is damaged and really dangerous for any vehicle. Already hit once. You can see. Front desk was rude to me maybe some reason. I don’t know. Waters aren’t complementary. He said nothing is free. Okay…
