Wonderful! We had such an incredible stay. We went for my husband’s birthday and were given a room upgrade for the night. The valet was incredible, and Kevin, at the front desk, was so helpful and kind. We absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re passing through Houston or want to take a staycation :)

Topnotch as usual!***** We had an excellent time! Cultivated was fantastic and especially the bar! Bob was fantastic as was Leticia!!! Our breakfast was also very good as Heyzel, Rebecc and Joselyn took care of us superbly! We will be turn soon. Sonny is the man too!!!! Thank you Allan!

Great Experience I went for my birthday and they did not disappoint. The staff was top notch. Everyone we met was great from the General Manager who was down right amazing to the bell men with their warm greetings. The elegant ambiance was the prefect setting for a great weekend.

Fabulous Hotel & Staff Absolutely fabulous first time stay — highly recommend! Kevin at the front desk was awesome! Kevin and his colleague Kaylee were fantastic for local tips & information on the amazing hotel art collection. Concierge Sonny, Mgr Peter S. & Mark in dining also super friendly and helpful with questions, etc. Well-appointed rooms and daily breakfast an A+. I chose this hotel originally because of its iPrefer affiliation, location, room design & featured art, which were all wonderful. Hotel exceeded my expectations because of the friendliness and attentiveness of the entire staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Rude manage , nice hotel I booked the delux room for 5 days when i went for a confrence in the downtown. The room was very clean & size was great. There were complimentary snacks as well which was a bonus. Room dining were very fast but there were limited food selection. The only bad review i’d give for the manager’s attitude. His name was Pete , I was discussing during checkout some issues with the sweet lady at the front desk & needed more clarifications. He was hiding in side a room beside the desk & gave impression of refusing to come out & clear things up. I called him when the door was open so I can inquire about few issues in the bill & he came with such attitude, interruptive,more of downlooking at me as client. I’ve never received such attitude before. The young lady at the front desk was calmer & more cooperative than he was although he worked for 38 years “as claimed”. Time for retirement i guess.
