Friendly staff I want to commend Elliott who works the hotel reception desk. I stay here many times and he is always so friendly, professional and courteous. It means a lot when he remembers me by name. I notice that he is this way with all guests. Guests and Marriott hotels are so very lucky to have him. The rooms are always clean and the grab & go breakfast is really nice to have when in the run. Thank you Elliott and staff for all you do to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

No Rooms available but Super nice front desk staff got stuck in Houston, the airport told me that this hotel had rooms available but turns out they didn't. when I got to the front desk the front desk staff his name was David he was extremely nice and helped me find a room, after another one of the staff told me to just go back to terminal C and other hotels will pick up there. I will be staying at the hotel soon and I hope David is the one that checks me in!

Found a pleasant surprise in my room! I was only here for one night. The room was very quiet, well-furnished, and the bed was ultra-comfortable (King Bed). As an elite member, I was also treated to a full, hot America Breakfast in the hotel restaurant the next morning. See the attached photo below to view the surprise in my room. I'll be back!

During the malaise of post pandemic business travel this hotel has a secret weapon And her name is Patti. She 's a team member at the one functioning bar/restaurant in the hotel as of June. (Things will of course open up more at the hotel as 2021 progresses). Her customer service is remarkable, genuine and as good as I have ever experienced in any hospitality setting. And it was just for me, but for every guest that she assisted. It was remarkable. And while I single her out - the fact is the entire team at this hotel made a two night stay in June very very positive - at a time when hotels across the country are still in flux and the hotel itself is constrained in the services it can offer.

I have stayed here a dozen times! I have stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times with mostly good experiences! I would like to especially commend a Front Desk Agent "Ian" who greets everyone with professionalism, warmth and amazing hospitality! He always makes everyone feel welcome and seems to care about everyone! During one of my recent stays I did have a bad experience and called asking for a Manager. "Tayten" answered the phone and said she was a manager. When I explained the problem she couldn't even apologize, let alone offer any solution! She seemed less than caring, even after I told her that I was a Bonvoy Member! I was very disappointed with her lack of care, professionalism and hospitality! Upon checking out, I explained to "David" at the Front Desk what had happened and the lack of care I received. David was VERY caring and turned a bad experience completely around by his courtesy and care! Thank you David and Ian for always caring and making sure your guests are satisfied and happy!
