Customer service makes the difference! Ms. CAMMIE greeted us at the front desk and provided excellent customer service! In addition to providing great insight into property features and local attractions, her professionalism and personalized support was impressive! As first-time visitors to Houston, she secured detailed information for our stay and made sure that we were pleased! The property was very nice. The dining staff was wonderful. CAMMIE’s customer service was the best that I have ever experienced in my US travels! Thank you, CAMMIE!!

Kudos to Jose and Karla We stayed at Houston Marriott Westchasr. Hotel ammenities are okay, it has all the basic needs at the hotel. Location is also good as the area has restaurants and groceries at a walking distance. What stood out was their service at the breakfast buffet. Jose and Karla attended to us and they gave us the best service.

Always a pleasant visit Absolutely love this Marriott and stay several times a year. Every aspect of my stay is always pleasant. When I do not have dinner plans, I enjoy frequenting their restaurant, and the service is impeccable, the employees are always friendly and greet me with enthusiasm. I seem to end up in Cristina’s section - all the time, and she is amazing, anticipates my order and ensure the food is great. She also is ready to make suggestions for food to meet my dietary needs. Cannot say enough about the customer service here! Thank you!

Great customer service by Gabriel Gabriel was very attentive and provided excellent customer service skills. He is great asset to your company and goes above and beyond his duties to ensure customers needs are met. He knew our needs, refilled our water and made sure the table was cleaned to my satisfaction.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE The staff was amazingly wonderful. So Friendly and Helpful. My dining experience. at breakfast time was top tier. Our host "Jose" was attentive, friendly and professional. He made sure to check our table several times to see if anything else was needed to make out breakfast better!!
