Great customer service by Gabriel Gabriel was very attentive and provided excellent customer service skills. He is great asset to your company and goes above and beyond his duties to ensure customers needs are met. He knew our needs, refilled our water and made sure the table was cleaned to my satisfaction.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE The staff was amazingly wonderful. So Friendly and Helpful. My dining experience. at breakfast time was top tier. Our host "Jose" was attentive, friendly and professional. He made sure to check our table several times to see if anything else was needed to make out breakfast better!!

Great service at the restaurant Arrived late and went to the restaurant to get something to eat. The fajitas and beer were great after a long flight. Service was efficient and effective. Thank you Ernesto for the great service and the warm welcome to Houston! I look forward to rest of my trip.

Nice Hotel Great stay. This is a really nice Marriott. The m club is closed on the weekends. Platinum elite and above get breakfast in the restaurant We were upgraded as platinum members to a one bedroom suite The pool was nice, and the gym was great We loved our stay here thank you

Great staff and so so friendly Since 2016 I've have been going to the Marriott. Always had a great time. Let me say that the staff like Luis, Ernesto, Gabriel, Saeed bartered as well as Jesus lopez, Christina, Jusus Antivar. Have always made feel at home. As a military service personal. Its always rewarding to fi d a place and staff that go out and above ti make there guest feel at home. I truly recommend to co.e here. And the drinks and food are awesome.
