10 out of 10… Amazing hotel experience. I have stayed in a hotel over 90 nights so far this year and the customer service at the Omni and every aspect and department was the best I’ve ever had.

Awesome hotel I stay at the Omni when traveling to Houston for work. It's a great location with lots to do in the area. I love the friendly & attentive staff. They have a shuttle and great food & bev on-site.

The staff and cleanliness of the place will guarantee our return. Nyasha and Amir are two staff members that truly made for the best experience at our families weekend staycation. There was no reason for us to leave the premises with two restaurants, an awesome mahogany filled whiskey and cigar bar, the black swan nightclub and a pool that our kiddos swam in for two plus hours one day. The manager outside who was running the pool bar went above and beyond (like Nyasha and Amir) to make sure we were comfortable and had a full cup of Tom Collins at all times.

An all around great time for kids. No need to leave the premise. The rooms are large and great for families. My wife and three kids went all under the age of 4 and had a blast. Amir and Nyasha were more than helpful, they made the experience such a blast for the kiddos. Amir met us when we pulled in, unloaded the car and got ready to take our bags to the room before giving all three kids a bag with crayons snacks and other toys. I’d suggest this hotel for a weekend getaway and of course business people.
