comfortable for a night nothing really to complain about, a so so run of the mill mid range stay over spot. Everything was ok, safe no problems. I did not see any strange sorts of people. Was fine for a layover. Would recommend it but not for longer stay or those seeking amenities.

Great hotel Very clean and spacious rooms. We are working in pearland for a month and we are staying here. The owner is super nice and gave us a good rate. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day and the lobby is open all night for free coffee. Which is good since we start wirk at 3:00AM every morning. Flat screen tvs recently remodeled bathrooms and good ac units.

Nice surprise For $ 350.00 weekly it is a good deal. All the rooms are smoking rooms but the don't smell like it. All have hard wood floors no carpet. Beds are comfortable and cleaned every day. The whole motel is in a couryard setting. Its safe. One way in and one way out. Very nice.

Forget About It!!! This hotel looks okay on the outside, but appearances are deceiving. My room smelled good and looked great. When I turned on the TV there was pornography. (First hint at what this hotel was really for!) The room was extremely hot when I entered. Don't get me wrong, it LOOKED clean. However, after laying across the bed for 2 hours watching something else on TV, I turned the bed back only to find lipstick on one pillowcase, a brown stain (like makeup) on another, and cum stains on the sheets. I called the manager and asked for a change of bed linen. He wasn't even surprised! No one came to change my bed! After waiting a reasonable amount of time (about an hour), I went down stairs. First, I ran into the housekeeper. When I told him my problem, he didn't come and change it or give me new bed linen. Instead, he directed me to the night manager in the front office. The manager gave me the wrong sized bed sheets and I HAD TO CHANGE MY OWN BED LINEN. This was a first for me! I had to remove the dirty linen, and put on the new. Even the new linen had cigarette holes and slight stains in them, but they smelled like bleach. I asked the manager for a late checkout. He told me I would have to pay an additional $5 that night, and $20 extra the next day for one hour! The next day, I asked for a partial refund after explaining all of my trouble with the room. (Don't let me get started about the tiny piece of soap and packet of lotion, shampoo & conditioner!). The manager refused to listen to my problem, explaining that there would be no refunds. My traveling companion told him that we would dispute the charge on my credit card as fraudulent given the circumstances. The manager (a Pakistani man), continually over talked him. Voices were raised. Finally, he relented and gave me a partial credit for the room. He refunded me $35.00 on my credit card. I'm still waiting to see that credit appear on my checking account statement! In any event, I don't recommend this place for an honest, thrifty traveler. I've learned that you get what you pay for. They advertised a jacuzzi, but there was none.
