Excellent stay It felt like a stay better than those rated 4 stars. You could use the wifi, washing and drying machines at no additional costs. The Suites also caters to business travellers where they provide laptops and the likes. Except for a poor reception in the morning, the rest of my stay was close to excellent.

Amazing Staff Just home month from yet another fantastic trip have stayed here numerous times and never fails to meet my expectations Rooms spotless breakfast plentiful Pool area plenty beds and clean towels we went thru the freak weather over 100 everyday plenty parasols in pool area What makes this hotel is the staff and Mayor the manager goes above and beyond for travellers he is fantastic and very caring and helpful nothing a problem to him 10/10 to Mayor and staff and we will be back

Family Reunion Awesome Staff. Nice size rooms with full kitchen. Full breakfast bar with Smoothies !! The beds were nice and firm. Plates, glass3s, silverware were I our suite. Plenty of parking and it was free. Not that many handicap parking spaces.

Pleasant stay. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was very good. See pictures. Pool area is nice with a barbecue pit for grilling. The staff is pleasant and the room has a nice kitchenette. Breakfast goes from 630-900am. Close to I-10 but not too close. A keeper.

Great Location, Great Service, Wonderful Staff We stayed at this hotel at the end of March for 8 nights visiting from the UK. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for leisure or business. It is well situated for the Energy Corridor and is close to Memorial Drive and I-10 freeway. The staff were all excellent - reception, housekeeping and catering. Very friendly and helpful. Anyone on reception always greeted you when you came in or left the hotel. The room was spacious and had lots of amenities including microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The breakfast was very good with a big choice and it varied in terms of the cooked offering every day. The staff constantly replenished things so the food was always fresh. The pool area was well maintained, quiet and relaxing. The hotel also had a laundry area with no surcharge and a small gym area. The hotel is obviously very well managed and the staff seemed to all be well trained and eager to help. We visit Houston regularly and will definitely book in here the next time we visit.
