Few amenities open This hotel was a major disappointment, especially for a Westin. Numerous areas were closed, including sundry shop when I had a headache. The pool is tiny and was way too crowded for Covid times. The gorgeous bar was closed. Our room was not well cleaned before arrival. There was no soap in the room or toilet paper. Took 4 hrs to have soap brought up. The parking garage is expensive and not well lit for a major city with lots of crime. We were very disappointed. I will not stay here again.

4p guaranteed denied to titanium I was just told that when my 4p guaranteed titanium late checkout was cancelled then move just to 1p because I am in a suite using a suite night reward. Marriott on phone and website clearly states that for titanium 4p is guaranteed regardless of room type except at resort and convention hotels. If they are not claiming convention status then policy is being violated. Just reached out to gm by email and will let business travelers know what happens as w late night flights etc this is critical for the business traveler. Seems only locals here this weekend and really doubt room is sold soon. So to drive away titanium/ambassador business travelers seems bad call

Great Customer Service From the front desk to management to the valet staff (specifically De’andre and Rafael) the staff was so friendly and helpful. You can’t approach the front door without the staff grabbing the door for you. Very nice room and workout area. A pool would have put it over the top! Was a great place to stay for our first Astros game.

024 Restaurant- The bartender, waitress, and #get it ALL done with a smile person# that deserves the super star award... Is Celia Flores. They were clearly not prepared for the huge crowd that showed up on a Wednesday night! Celia literally did everything but cook the food. She hustled drinks, food orders, room service/to-go orders and never seemed to complain. There were at least 20 tables and a full bar and she never stopped providing great service. Oh, and the food and drinks were very good! Highly recommend the salmon dinner.

May 2021 Business This is a great hotel. Easy access to highway. Great food at the restaurant and very clean. Parking was nice and secure. Staff was helpful and overall top notch hotel that will certainly see me back again .
