Another Wonderful Experience at Mission Inn !!! Mission Inn is an excellent place for vacation , or business. There has recently been a change in ownership, new owners have introduced some nice improvements, rooms, restaurants etc. The reservation team, headed by Ms Ann Marie Peter is still exceptional, professional and 100% customer service oriented, and always make my trip a wonderful experience. A new addition in the La Margarita Restaurant is the chef Carl, his goal is to totally please with everything he prepares, and this he has done-2 days in a row now. The waitress Jasmine is perfect for her job, courteous, polite, & professional. The La hacienda restaurant always goes up and behond to make breakfast a great way to start the day. The servers are excellent. Always great things to say after and during a trip. Richard

El Campeon We stayed on the golf course, playing 18 holes. Reminds me of Augusta National… pine straw, elevation change, huge greens. And most important, nice people on staff. It is an hours drive for my golf partner, and darn well worth it. By far, our fav course in central Florida. The new owners are pouring a lotta $$$ into this wonderful golf venue, making the course prettier, and a shot or two easier. We love it

great view terrible hotel Staff at reception desk ,from 1917, not rude but not welcoming. Our room in the further most building with no security or any staff in it. Room was outdated from the 1990, five feet bathtub with such a low ceiling, I which am 5"8" ,could touch it. Mold in the bottom of bathtub. Wife had to get chlorine bleach before she would bathe. The grounds are beautiful. It must have been great it is heydays, but it is going to take Marriott to tear this place down and make it a destination. Will never ever go back, do not get lure by the landscape, this place is a dive. The Home 2 Suites is like the Rizt Carlton compare to this place, Forget the photos they give you on the web site.

Lugo Wedding My husband and I went to our friend’s wedding, The Lugo’s. It was a gorgeous venue, great food, bar tenders were friendly. An all around wonderful wedding! If I had to suggest one item, the parking for a Honda accord, off road, was a little rough.

Very Disappointing We were attending a relative's wedding and expected an "elite" experience at a comprehensive resort. Overall, we were very disappointed. The golf was good, the food was good, and the service in the dining room was superb. However, the rooms were poorly equipped and dated. The service from the front desk staff was not at all welcoming and very inefficient. Housekeeping ignored our "Do Not Disturb" sign twice and woke my wife up. They said they had no idea that we had a late check-out (something we discussed with the inefficient front desk staff). We were told that we had to pay a $100 security deposit that would be returned to us upon check-out. We checked out 2 days ago and still have not received our money back. But, we did get an extra charge of $17.17 that was unexplained. The resort is massive and getting around it was a bit of a pain. The "special reduced price" of close to $300 per night was ridiculous. We have stayed at low-end Marriott properties that had better rooms and much better service at more than half the price. Although the fitness center was well-equipped, find it was like a treasure hunt. Also, having only 1 fitness center for such an enormous property is not a good idea. We will never go back to Mission Inn!
