Beautiful Hotel terrible service Daisy which hecked us in was not able to smile. She did not even say hello. No warm welcome, nothing. we asked if we could have a room close to our friends and the answer was just its not possible. she couldnt care less. It was the most terrible check in we ever had in a hotel. At the pool nibody served us. I went to the bar and 4 waiter were standing there bored. I waited at the bar, nobody attended me. After 5 min I aske if I could order a drink? Only one even looked at me. If this is the level of service Camino Real wants to offer? Frustrating. The hotel is beautifully located and the infrastuctre is good. But people who work here are not at the level how it should be for a hotel like this.

Overpriced and lousy service in the Main restaurant. The service in the Main Restaurant is not equivalent to price and quality. 45 min for a breakfast egg. 80 Pesos for an expresso. Absolutely overpriced for every item. The stuff is not at all friendly. We got English Menu’s but the staff was not able to communicate in englisch. Absolutely not authentic.

A wonderful place to stay We had the pleasure of staying at the resort while we were in Huatulco. I was delighted to experience the quiet, serenity and beauty of this resort. The staff are warm, welcoming and attentive. The location is perfect for daily outings to the beautiful bays of this area. I would gladly return.

Great solid hotel Solid service from a clearly long established hotel . All staff extremely helpful and friendly . We are on a road trip around SW Mexico ( from Scotland ) . Delighted to have booked here for the night. Room 80 was great . Dinner lovely in the restaurant , beautifully presented and high quality . We would stay longer were it not for shortage of time . Wedding taking place , lovely to watch and not a disturbance at all as it was small wedding . .. beach stunning.. note the pool, despite being big , is not deep as clearly a kids one .. .. Very glad we stumbled upon here .. a lovely experience overall

Paradise The resort was beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and remembered our names. Our family really enjoyed all the board games available to play at the bar.
