Room Given Away on Wedding Night I had reserved a room at this hotel and had a confirmation number. The hotel was notified that it would be a late check in, the day before. My daughter was getting married nearby and this seemed like a good choice. I've used Wyndham locations before and loved the experience, just not this location. They were dropped off at the hotel at 11:30pm. They were informed there were no rooms available. I had to drive 40 minutes to pick them up and find another hotel. We did find one. You think everything is planned and this hotel will throw in a wrench, and leave you stranded. I'm not sure why they would give the room away. The hotel offered no apologies, for leaving the bride and groom, in a area they were not familiar with and no hotel vacancies nearby. Still can't believe they didn't even apologize.

Skip the Baymont if you don’t want your money stolen! This was hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with a hotel. I checked in for a two night stay with my family, the lobby was unassuming. The man at the front desk stated that I needed to pay 131 dollars. I tried to explain the hotel had been booked and paid for through Expedia and I had never had to pay when I’ve booked through Expedia. He stated that he wasn’t charging my card, I assumed it was for incidentals despite the odd amount. We spent time with family in the pool that evening after being out for the day. While in the pool a staff member came in and asked what room we were, I told her 217. She proceeded to tell me that we had a noise complaint from 117. I thought this was odd considering we were out for the day but brushed it off. The next evening when we returned from another day out, we saw a woman doing drugs in the stairwell, I was thankful it was just me and not my children. Upon checking out I requested an itemized bill which clearly showed that I was charged for the room that I had already paid for through Expedia. I called and requested to speak to the manager, Desirae. She stated that my card was not charged and not even on file, which was impossible considering I had been charged and the charge was pending. When presented with this information Desirae changed her story stating that my bank had to release the money. Two days later the charge showed as completed. I called the hotel again and talked to a different lady, she was incredibly helpful and kind, unlike Desirae, and stated that she saw the charge and unfortunately didn’t have the power to reverse it. I had to escalate my complaint all the way up to Wyndham to have this resolved. I have never had an experience this terrible and would recommend if you don’t want to be scammed to stay far far away from this Baymont and Desirae’s shady business practices.

Treated horrible pool was nasty and freezing cold Manager was horrible very hatful. Tried charging my card over $1000 when I paid cash. I’ve been staying here since April every weekend spent lots of money with your company and I’ve had a horrible experience the last two weekends we’ve stayed. And I always clean my room completely up so all that needs done is the beds made. I wipe everything down sweep the floors take the trash out. This past time I was so mad and fed up and disrespected. I was disappointed and upset with my stay for the last two sprayed stays I’ve had I just gathered my things and left

My "go to" hotel in Huber Heights I love the location of this hotel. You can walk to Target/Burlington/Hobby Lobby plus a whole bunch of other places and there are plenty of close places if you want to drive to shop. Wendy's and the Waffle House are right next door, plus other restaurants really close by.. The indoor pool looked clean and the workout room was pretty standard but the machines looked new. The eggs at breakfast were really good. The staff is totally nice and check in and check out was a breeze. Good internet connection.

Poorly maintained property The entire property and guest rooms are not clean or maintained. The breakfast menu had very few items to choose from. The rooms had strong odors. The bed was adequate The parking and location are coinvent to the area.
