Unbelievable!!! This could be a really long review but I'll condense it. According to our check-in sheet, we were supposed to have a king executive suite. Walked into the room and it was a regular king room. Nothing special about it. There was no remote control so I turned the TV on by the buttons on the TV. All the stations had static. There was only one towel and bath cloth in the bathroom. We called the front desk to request additional towels and remote. We were told they would see if they could find another remote. There was dirt on the floor as if they didn't care about their vacuuming job. There was also someone's leftover tissue under the couch. As I was taking a shower, I looked at the wash cloth to see hair woven into the fibers of the cloth. WELL, I'm not using that. The towels that they brought to the room were thin, dingy and frayed. What put the nail in the coffin was there was a MOUSE in our room. My husband called the front desk to let them know and was told "if there's one in that room, there's probably one in all the rooms". Time to go. We checked out, got a full refund on the spot and went to the Holiday Inn in Streetsboro. Absolutely the worse experience I have EVER had at a hotel.

First Stay At Norwood In Hudson Ohio I stayed the weekend of August 17,2019. Due to work I had to travel late. I did not arrive until 12:00am. The hotel bar was having an event, so the Bar was hoping (which I didn't care about. The bar was far enough from the rooms) I did have a little trouble checking in, because I made my Reservation 3 days before on Hotels.com. So communication between Norwood Inn and 3rd party booking site could be better. I am a Supervisor in the Customer Service Department at a Resort In WV. So I have very high expectations when it comes to any customer service I receive, especially when it comes to problem solving. And the staff impressed me very much by handling the situation very well. Danise Davis was amazing. I had a great time and truly enjoyed my stay and the staff. Room was clean , and the lady that works check in for grave yard shift was amazing, they allowed my teen daughter to swim 30 mins past closing hours on Saturday night. The place is not perfect, but it is clean and staff are great, I will defiantly be staying with the Norwood Inn from now on. A Big Thank you to the Norwood staff, and a special Thank you to Danise Davis, you are a great customer service professional, I truly appreciate all of the patience, kindness, and will professional knowledge you used while solving middle of the night guest issues. (You went above and beyond to fix my problems with checking in, and was extra nice to my daughter) Marie Mellinger OMS Team lead Supervisor Snowshoe Mountain Resort 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe Mountain WV, 26209

Stay far away!! First off, it's dirty. No wifi in rooms, tv literally had 4 channels, pool was gross, vomit and someone's eyelash on the floor. Rotten candy and who knows what else on our room floor. GROSS! STAY AWAY!

Disgusting hotel. Left after 15 mins. Management (Krissy) never gave me a refund. Brought my 2 kids here for the pool. Upon check in the girl said everything was is good working condition. We changed into bathing suits and went to the pool.... The lights wouldnt even turn on! The sauna and the exercise room were out of service, the hot tub was cold and the pool was dirty (rom what we could see with the flashlight on my phone). The manager said she didnt know what to do and would refund me. They kept my money! I called numerous times and everytime Krissy promised me a refund but just kept my money. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Clearly whoever is giving this place 4 or 5 stars are employees or came straight from the killing fields of Cambodia.
