Disgusting and Unacceptable: Hampton Inn Humble, TX I am appalled by the deplorable state of the Hampton Inn Humble, TX. This establishment is a disgrace to the Hampton Inn brand. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was met with a level of filth that is simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one with the Hampton Inn name. The room was a breeding ground for germs. Dirty linens, hair scattered everywhere, and stains on the furniture were just the beginning. The bathroom was equally horrifying, with grime and mildew evident in every corner. It was clear that this room had not been cleaned in days, if not weeks. The management's complete disregard for basic hygiene standards is evident. How can a hotel claim to prioritize guest comfort and cleanliness when their rooms are in such a disgusting condition? I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this Hampton Inn to reconsider and choose a hotel that actually cares about its guests. This place is a health hazard and an insult to the paying customer.

Horrible This was the worst Hampton we have ever stayed in. The front desk woman was horrible, she wasn’t even at the front desk when we arrived and had to wait about 20 minutes for her to amble up. I think she might have been drunk, she didn’t say a single word to me until I asked her a question about breakfast and her answer was, ‘only if the staff felt like it’. The room was fine and clean but we heard lots of noise. I would never stay here again.

nice and clean hotel we travel as family. from IAH to hotel cost around $25 USD (uber) Room is clean, customer services is nice. breakfast is good with lots of variety and it's included so no complaint. only thing is the lotion and shower gel provided is not so good, the lotion don't dissolve into your skin or the hand wash, shower gel feel slimy even you wash for a while...anyways, you can always bring your own. I do recommend hampton inn and would stay here again.

NO SHUTTLE SERVICE! This hotel is clean and close to the airport however I chose it due to the advertised free airport shuttle. There is NO shuttle service. A family of four with luggage has to take an Uber XL and that is pretty expensive. I would have absolutely chosen a different hotel if they had been truthful about the shuttle situation so I can not recommend this hotel.

Like all Hampton Inns, clean and comfortable but… As always, this is a very well maintained, clean and comfortable hotel. In fact, our room was immaculately clean and the hotel staff was very pleasant. It’s very conveniently located near IAH airport and very close to I-69. In fact, it’s so close to the busy highway that light sleepers might have a problem with almost nonstop traffic noise. That’s certainly not the hotel’s fault but it’s something to be considered when choosing a location. I was also disappointed with the breakfast at this Hampton Inn. It wasn’t what I’ve grown accustomed to at a Hampton. Not much of a selection and very similar to the cheaper hotel chains. I’ll go to McDonald’s for breakfast next time. Other than traffic noise and a mediocre breakfast, it’s a nice hotel.
