Unfortunate Didn't receive wake up call, curtains don't close all the way so the construction lights shine right into the window if you are on the front side of the building, overpriced, AC can only set to high or low and it is extremely noisy with no option to open the window

I wouldn’t recommend Very crappy. Staff was impolite, pantry area only had Mac and cheese and starburst. Rooms have various different stains on all types of furniture, blankets and pillows the only reason I am giving it 2 starts it because it has a very nice lobby area with free breakfast

Satisfactory service Comfort Suites was six minutes from the attraction we were set to visit the next morning, and after a long drive, it was decided that we would book a night here to rest. We had a clean room, attentive wait staff, and a plentiful breakfast the next morning. We did not try the pool but all of the things we needed (water, food, and shelter) were available.

Never again! I will never stay here again. It has been a frustrating hassle from the first time we stepped in the door. First, after a long day of driving, there was no one at the desk or anywhere to be found. The phone was ringing off the hook and no one was coming to answer it either. Not until I yelled, "Hello??" Did someone come out to check us in. Then we got to our room and turned the TV on to watch some of the basketball, it didn't work. I had to call the front desk. They said they didn't have anyone to fix it tonight, they could get someone tomorrow, or we could move rooms. Ugh! finally we reset the Cable box about 3 times and got it to work. My 90 year old dad was with us and was in the room across the hall. His TV didn't work either. It would not change channels or do anything with the remote. We took the remote down to the front desk and she switched it out for the lobby remote. Got back up to our room, it still didn't work. I went to call the front desk and his phone didn't work either! UGH!! Ridiculous!!! I went back to my room and called down, and she said she could move him to another room. When she brought the keys up for the other room, I had her come in and check the TV with me before she left. No luck. Then we found that the sensor was disconnected or had fallen behind. So Dad went and checked his TV and that was true there also. Why wouldn't part of getting a room ready for guests be to make sure things are in working order? I felt so bad for my dad to have this after a long day of travel and just wanting to get to the hotel and relax! Another couple little details were that the cups had holes in the plastic covering. What? Are they reusing them? The ceiling had cracks in a lot of places along the walls. I want a refund. I want to move to another hotel, but I can't make my dad move again. UGH
