NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY & IS NOT SAFE DO NOT STAY HERE !!! Our experience was AWFUL. We had 2 tooms & the televisions had no service both days- when we asked if we could be moved to rooms with TVs that had service we were informed that the cable service was down & they had a work order in. The rooms were FILFTHY. When we asked for clean towels when returning from a day out we had to return the dirty towels in exchange for new towels. There was a security guard on our floor and there was a lot of people milling around & when we inquired at the front desk about this we were told the security was to protect the Case Workers. Really frustrating to hear these individuals talking about their free housing in the lobby and how they have been at this hotel for over 2 months & they run the place. I was so happy when I had the time to check us out and into a different hotel chain.

NEVER again! Kim and Lupe are very nice and professional. This place is a horrible! Dirty rooms with dirty linen. Dog hair everywhere. They charge $10 if you request housekeeping. The room should be clean so paying $10 to get the room cleaned doesn’t make sense! Dog poop and trash everywhere on the property. Just awful

10000% Improvement This is the third time I have stayed at this property over the last year and I have to say it is so much nicer now. You can see the management and staff are making great efforts to increase maintenance and the quality. Looking forward to my next stay.

'ESA' Your second home Always the staff are great . Front desk such as Cristina, Kim and Lupe personality plus they give you outstanding services to accommodate all your needs.Ray, General manager never change so professional in his position therefore I' m giving every one includes those fabulous Housekeeper s a twenty- gun salutes__

Good Experience, Nothing Fancy, AOK. Not a bad place to stay. Room was very quiet and clean. Everything worked, fridge, hair dryer, tv remote, etc. Be sure to ask for shampoo/conditioner when you check in as there is none in the room. No real breakfast area or offerings, just coffee and warm water for packaged hot chocolate beverage. Don't expect anything fancy and you won't be disappointed. Go see nearby Bolsa Chica Nature Preserve, great place to see birds and rays.
