Not kept up well We stayed here several years ago and liked it. We are in town for a funeral and have been disappointed with this stay. Our first two rooms had odd smells and the third one smelled like bleach but the bathroom had a dirty mop water bleach smell. There is rust in the shower and the grout is dirty and the rubber piece that keeps the door shut is broken off. The tissue holder looks like it hasn’t been dusted in a long time and only had three Kleenex whets in the box with no replacement and it’s sitting on the back of the toilet. Yuck. There is a large red/brown stain on the side of the mattress. There is dust and dirty fingerprints on the glass tabletops. For the cost, I don’t feel this property is worth the current rate being charged. Furnishings are tired and worn in the room. Good AC and the front desk staff was very nice. Probably won’t be staying here next time.

Mes. I have stayed at many Westin hotels and this place was dirty beyond belief. There was not enough room to pull out the “pull out” couch. The housekeeping forgot to clean the bathroom . They only pull up the bedspread and do not even fluff the pillows. No vacuuming in the room or hall way which has crackers everywhere. I am not a complainer but this place was just bad.

Dirty, used sheets in a sub-par hotel!! Came here with my family for a family wedding weekend. When e walked into the room, I knew immediately that the beds were dirty. I yelled at my kids “DON’T TOUCH ANYTHING” and I pulled back the covers on one of the beds to find dirty, crumpled sheets with pubic hair all over them!!!!! The pillow cases were dirty, too. They beds had been made with used sheets. I still can’t believe it. I called the desk, and the woman said, “what do you want me to do?” I laughed!! We were moved to a new room, 2 doors down, with allegedly clean sheets. Traveling during a pandemic is already risky, because you have to out your faith in others to ensure cleanliness after others have used a room. How was I to trust that the rooms were effectively cleaned after the previous occupants?? I can’t trust that! We received no explanation or apology. However, they sure charged us the ridiculous rate of $180 per night for a nasty hotel room. We asked for more towels, but they were never brought to us. With the exception of the employees in the restaurant and behind the front desk, the Westin’s employees were wearing their masks around their chin; this is the equivalent of trying to keep a fart in with a g-string. This hotel was nasty and unprofessional. I will never stay in a Westin again, and I will discourage my friends and family in doing so.

Overpriced / Under maintained Parking: While navigating to the hotel is mildly unpleasant, parking is abundant. Those with larger vehicles shouldn’t have a problem with finding a place to park, but you may experience issues with tight turns if you’re pulling a trailer. Lobby: Clean and large. Gives the impression that you’re staying in a very nice hotel. Staff is friendly. Room 239: This is where things begin to go down hill. The garbage can hadn’t been emptied (there were the remains of an old peach among other items - it stunk). The bathroom door handle is VERY loose. It came off a couple of times during our stay. The bottom of the shower was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a fairly long time. Outdoor Area (Rear): Very well manicured landscaping. Looked great. Unfortunately, some of the furniture was in need of repair / replacement. One of the chairs that I sat in was broken and the table needed some serious adjustment. Even the pool bar had broken equipment (ice crusher). Wifi: Worked fine in our room. I neglected to run a speed test. Overall: I’ve stayed in hotels that were just as nice and significantly cleaner for 1/3 the price. I’d recommend saving some money and going elsewhere.

Alexis is a very professional and a great hostess The rooms are great we stayed on the Element side and our hostess Alexis was great. She was always helpful and had a lot of information about the area. My husband has stayed here since November of last year. The only complaint is the washers has been broken for a month now. Many people stay here for business for many weeks at a time. And I know the laundry is an amenity, but it would be nice to have this particular amenity in working order. The inside pool and gym is also a great amenity that is in great working order. Breakfast is great. The ladies that run the breakfast area are always. Friendly and eager to help in any way. Thank you for having great and friendly employees always say hello and also very helpful. They do a great job. But the reason for only 4 stars is because of the laundry ( washing machines 2 of them ) being broken for over a month.
