Nice find good location Great location newer renovations! Right near the hy-line ferry! Restaurant (eh food) but great staff and huge bar!

Great location and room The hotel is across the street from the ferry boats that go to Nantucket, so it is the perfect spot for that. Very close to the beach and there are multiple restaurants and bars along the street next to the hotel. The facilities are clean and seemed wonderful. Our room was large, updated, and very well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

Don’t stay here if you need sleep We stayed in room 322. The room was next to the door that leads to the outside. Anytime that outside door was opened and closed, our entire room door would shake as if someone was trying to enter our room. It was pretty frightening when it would happen as we were sleeping. In addition you can hear all the stomping/running from the room upstairs. We requested to have our room changed because we couldn’t get any sleep. We were promised a room change the next day and credit for our night, however our room was never changed and no credit. We asked to speak a with the manager and conveniently the manager was never available. We were promised a call back from the manager Velma Francis-Miller and she still hasn’t called me back. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. I will not be coming back.

Hyannis Harbor Hotel August 2024 Great location and clean, updated room. The 3 critiques were: (1) Other guests and young adults were loud and boisterous in main courtyard / pool area fairly late at night (10:30-11 PM) most nights; (2) Housekeeping didn’t attend to our room one day of our five night stay even after a call to front desk; and (3) No breakfast or food/drink by the pool.
