Good Place Nice place. Easily accessible to the interstates (480 & 77). Quiet area, but not far from restaurants. Good size room that isn’t old. Friendly staff with a fast check in. Plenty of hot water. Needs to improve the wifi. Needs to do a better job of cleaning the bathrooms. Common areas were great.

Clean, friendly, efficient The room was clean. Exactly what you expect from Marriott. The staff was friendly. Check in and out was efficient and easy. The linens and bed were comfortable. The room size was good. The toiletries were nice. Recommend this place for sure.

Shane was amazing!!!! We stayed at the property in late June when a relative had been suddenly transferred from NY to the Cleveland Clinic awaiting open heart surgery. We traveled from MO to be there and had no clear timeline on when the procedure would be scheduled. Shane went above and beyond. He was always pleasant and helpful. We actually felt like he cared! He made things so easy on us, from handling a room request to utilizing Bonvoy points. He never made us feel like we were ever bothering him. He made us feel comfortable and safe in an otherwise sad & scary situation. The property is very nice and has been updated recently. The guest rooms were clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The guest laundry facility was perfect. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub due to COVID restrictions, but it looked nice and clean and inviting. The continental breakfast was perfect for what we needed given the reduced service during COVID. This is in a great, very safe location. When we return to Cleveland, this is where we will be staying. I travel frequently for work and rarely encounter such genuine customer service. Shane, you are an asset to the Marriott family. I hope they recognize what they have in you!!!

Hotel has potential but issues need to be resolved Hotel welcome and checking in was very good. As a Bonvoy member surprised there was no paper available. The breakfast buffet was poor at best as an experienced traveler. In the future I would recommend booking a room with out it. Then the main issue was the toilets backing up. I use minimal toilet paper and an awkward surprise of non flushing which can quickly ruin a Valentines Day weekend experience with your special partner. The maintenance person that rescued us said we were the 4th that day. When I checked out I mentioned it to the portly clerk with a beard for management attention and he got snippy saying he has never heard of such issues and almost questioning my bringing it to their attention. I just wanted to bring it to Managements attention so action can be taken so it can be resolved. I don’t appreciate being being blown off. I know things happen and take correction for future action is the key for resolution.

Cold The heat in the room was cold the shower was cold.i attenot to shower 4x each time the water was freezing cold. Bathroom smelled of urine. Before use. Glass was dirty and had lipstick stains on lip of glass .Not impress at all.
