Avoid this place Bad experience . Pullout couch’s mattress was covered with mildew/black mold and it looked like no one had cleaned under or behind the couch in weeks. The door to the deck was nearly impossible to open or close because the floor track was filled with gunk and sand and looked like it had never been lubricated (I live on the west coast of FL on the water and I know these have to be cleaned and lubed every 2 weeks). Plus, if the door couldn’t be completely closed the air conditioner shuts off. There is no ventilation in the elevator waiting areas on each floor, so stepping in and waiting for the elevator was like waiting in a sauna. The pool bottom as filled with sand (not a little, but a lot! As far as I could tell there were only 2 luggage carts available at any time. And, h yes, your early online check-in was non functional because it required a toggling a recaptcha box that didn’t exist. The staff were pleasant enough.

Almost There -but love those cookies This is a wonderful view with new balconies over the ocean and a sitting room view of the intercostal from the upper floors. The lobby is immaculate and of course the cookies, delicious. However the rooms need some help/updating. There are yellow stains on the sheets which cover very dirty comforters graying on the edges. We just went & bought new sheets. Unfortunately, couch is too stained to sit on without a towel. The bathroom is very clean but the condioner dispenser is broken off in the shower. The elevator button works intermittently. We've stayed at their sister property without these issues. The staff is kind but the stay is a mixed bag. Not quite up to the $230/nite cost but with a freshening up and some income profit put into the rooms, they will be. _I'd definitely try them again after renovations.

Third visit - still great! This is our third visit since lockdown was lifted. And all I can say is - we love it here! The rooms are so spacious and super clean. The location is fantastic. The staff are all really friendly. There was entertainment by the pool a couple of times which was really great. Looking forward to our next visit. Thankyou!

Nice Hotel but a few things need to be addressed The Room was clean and plenty of space. Did not realize that the hallways where outside hallways. The elevator areas where pretty hot. The room temperature was hotter than I like but next time I'll bring a personal fan. All in all it was a nice stay with the exception of sitting on the balcony. I love to sit out early and late of an evening but the smell of marijuana and cigarettes where very unpleasant. I'm not against marijuana , I hold a medical marijuana license, but I felt that you could vape or take tincture when out in public. Marijuana does have a very potent smell just like cigarettes. To me that's just being considerate but I've read other reviews that stated the same thing. Actually I thought this was a smoke free facility but that might only apply to rooms not balconies. That part was unpleasant to me because that is all I could smell when I went on my balcony. Also the Shampoo and Conditioner is now bolted to the wall and both were empty. Just little things but for what you have to pay to stay here I think these things should be addressed.

Very nice hotel and even better staff!!! I stayed at this property with my family for our family beach trip. We had a great time, hotel is walks form the beach. The whole staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff and to the engineers are all awesome. I want to shout out some employees that work there. Darrel went above an beyond for us making sure my children had cookies, Alex was able to save my wife from a lizard, Austin was always helpful at the front desk. Very good group of employees and we will be back to see you guys again as the kids had allot of fun at your hotel pool and at the beach. GREAT JOB!!!
