Roach Problem I was forced to upgrade to the 2 bedroom villa after the hotel had “over booked” the champions suite that I had booked the week before my stay. I still had to pay for this upgrade even though it was the hotels fault for “over booking” the champions suite. When my family and I arrived to the villa, noticed there were roaches in the bathroom drawers. One even flew onto my leg. Reached out to the front desk about the issue and stated they would send engineering to the room to inspect, but they never showed up. There were a total of 6 roaches that we found in the room. I also found it suspicious that the champions suite was still available for booking even though it was “over booked”. Seems as though the hotel wanted my champion suite freed up so someone else can book it for a higher rate than I had booked it for.

Summer Fun Hyatt Regency it definitely one of its kind. Great amenities for the entire family. We couldn't wait to share the place with friends and family. However, be prepared with the hot dessert weather elevators didn't have working AC the entire time we were there.

Overall good experience The hotel is very nice, one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in. The only bummer was the temperature of the pools. The pools were very hot and not refreshing at all. Don’t plan on going in the summer.
