Stay elsewhere My experience with this hotel was bad from start to finish. First, they charged an estimation fee upfront, promising it would be refunded upon check-out. It’s been a month, and I still haven’t received the refund despite multiple attempts to contact them. The property itself is poorly maintained. The elevators were slow or out of service. The rooms and common areas were dirty. On top of that, the hotel was noisy. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Any questions or concerns were met with dismissive attitudes, as if I was inconveniencing them by staying there. I’m staying elsewhere next time. Many options on the price range

best hotel in indianapolis great hotel to stay with a couple, friend and family. great location and the best service i ever had, and also the price is worth it the this luxury classic hotel, highly recommended to stay in this hotel. all the employees are great and so polite

Disappointed The good-bed was comfortable! The bad-everything else!! Room not ready when arrived & only offered a different room after waiting till 4:30 & I asked. Should have offered immediately (not full) only 2of 4 elevators working! Managers reception was leftover Cole slaw & potato salad & Fritos from Thanksgiving! Breakfast was tasteless & omelette mix was definitely watered down. Not what is expected from Embassy Suites. Room was COLD no matter what we put the thermostat on

Very comfortable Bears trip Very comfortable stay. Group of 10+ friends traveled for the Chicago Bears game and our stay was more than pleasant. Great doble room with plenty of space for a group gathering, comfortable beds clean floors, shiny bathrooms etc. breakfast included and bar in the center of the foyer with excellent Bartenders that catered to our group with ease. We used the large indoor pool on our last day and it was exquisite, Over all a wonderful stay

Non existing front desk customer Service The hotel was clean and in a decent location. Front desk personnel is another story. Checked out on Sunday 10/13/24, Monday I called because I forgot my computer charger, No answer, then I called and they transferred me to a voicemail of someone in charge of lost and found and I left a voicemail, Called Tuesday and the same, Wednesday and same Thursday and Friday and same, then Called the front desk and ask to speak to the general manager and the lady on the front desk refused to give me the Hotel General manager's name and told me to call back Tuesday, this was on Friday 10/18/24. As of today, 4 Voice messages inquiring about the forgotten charger and no call back, and the Female answering the phone on 10/18/24 at about 2:30 pm needs to go back to Customer service school or get fired. Not sure I want my company to keep using hotels with bad customer service like this in the front end for all our business trips. As of now No computer charger and no callback.
