Treated Horribly We stayed in Castleton on business at the Extended Stay America checked out October 22nd and was treated horribly during my stay by TONJA RICE. She should not be employed with extended stay America or at any hotel for that matter she obviously does not know that she is in a customer service role as she was even using profanity at me and other members in my party while we were checking out and there were children in the lobby who overheard this is extremely unprofessional and we will not stay there again there are other places that we can stay and get treated better in the Castleton area

No Complaints, Will Definitely Return! My husband and I have stayed at this specific location about four or five times so far; it is our go-to spot for overnight stays in Indy. The prices are reasonable, the staff are friendly and festive (they decorated fabulously for Halloween, it was excellent!), and the amenities are nice. We're pretty easygoing and low maintenance, we just want a decent place to sleep at night, and this place is perfect for that!

The smell was awful!!! RUN!!! The smell in the room was awful. The mattress pad was riddled with stains. I will say the room had been cleaned, but I wouldn't let my feet touch the floor nor would I allow the sheets to touch my skin. This was not my choice to book here, nor will I ever stay again. I think it may be ok for men on a guys trip who don't mind dirty stained rooms, but most women would probably run from this location!!!!

Horrible! We booked at the Extended Stay America at 2370 Fortune Circle, Indianapolis IN for 4 nights for the Gen Con convention. The floors were stained and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The furniture looked as if it was purchased at the local goodwill and the mattresses were stained. The "free breakfast" consisted of cold coffee, granola bars and a oatmeal. The second day there was no coffee and only two granola bars left out. There was no coffee maker in the room and when I mentioned that to the front desk they handed me a coffee maker in a bag. No cups, no sugar, no creamer. They would not give us extra towels unless we brought the dirty towels back. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America ever again!

Perfectly good place to crash We were looking for a clean, simple, inexpensive place to spend the night after a concert and before going on a road trip. This place fit the bill just fine. It was clean, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and clearly working hard to make their clients happy. The room is basic. We didn't need to use the kitchenette, but it looked very adequate if you do. All I noticed was that late at night there was a strong odor of pot in the hallway. I was too tired to notify the staff, but I'm sure they would have responded if I had. I forgot to mention it the next morning, as I was tired and really there wasn't much that could be done at that point, I didn't have a sense of what room it was coming from. You can't control your guests, so I don't see it as anything to fault the staff on. If you smell it, report it. I've caught a whiff of it in many hotels of many price points. Come on, people, have you not heard of hot-boxing in your car? Sigh. Again, I have no complaints about our stay.
