Amazing staff and great location... We have been staying at the downtown Hampton for several years now and each year we are they for minimum of 10 days. The location is great for walking to dinner and/drinks. The staff are amazing, they are very accommodating to our needs. I have to give a huge shout out to Ms Angelica, she greets us every year with a big smile and treats us like family. I look forward to returning in April 2026.

Very nice place Stayed here over the weekend for a cheer competition. Great location and the hotel was extremely clean. All the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and Kay was outstanding! She happily welcomed everyone that walked in and certainly brightens your day! The only real downside of the location was the parking situation. We took advantage of the valet service but if your a self parker, it can be very challenging, especially if there are multiple events going on. That's not a reflection on the hotel itself, it just comes with the great location

Hotel was great, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms and breakfast were spot on Angelica was so helpful for getting our 5 rooms checked in. She also helped us throughout our 8 day stay. She is an invaluable part of the hotels warm and inviting feel. The rooms and free breakfast adds to the great location and staff Thank you. Superior service and quality All the staff were friendly and created a very welcoming environment. The breakfast area is the most spacious I have experienced in the many Hampton Inns we stay at, selection was the same. This hotel is well located to many restaurants and entertainment options.

My experience was phenomenal and I would recommend staying here and Tim to anyone! That Tim did an absolutely phenomenal job! I cannot have asked for better customer service. He made sure I was taken care of right away and picked up my truck in a timely manner and safely. That is all a customer can ask for and more. I appreciate you, Tim and thank you for making my experience great!
