Exactly What You Want from a Hampton Inn This is a little bit older property, but kept up very well. All of the staff that I talked to were friendly and helpful -- a bit beyond the standard nice replies which helps make it feel more personal. Everything was clean. The office chair was broken in my room and the front desk took care of it immediately.

It’s just ok Definitely could use a renovation, it’s not the nicest Hampton. Lobby and breakfast area are spacious. The rooms were clean and well kept. The event we were attending was at Lucas Oil Stadium, so it was a bit of a drive. Next year, I’ll book a room at the Hampton downtown. Overall it’s not bad for a night.

Lovely Hotel Third time staying here. Lovely hotel, clean, good staff, comfortable beds, hot water, cold AC. We had a room with shower but not accessible room. Location of room down hall off lobby. The shower was easy to get in & out of. They provided us with a shower chair. Want to give a shout out to Francisco tending to breakfast buffet. He kept everything filled, went around taking our dirty dishes & disposing of them & kept tables clean as people finished eating. Had last call before 10am & closing. Coffee is good. Our go to hotel when in Indianapolis.

Can’t use rooms Couldn’t use room as soon I walked in it was obvious tried to get a refund they refused for simply walking into the room had to charge back by calling in this hotel is a scam stay away from this hotel as much as possible not worth money or time going to it

Do not stay here This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at!! It was extremely dirty. The floors in the lobby, elevator, and rooms were disgusting and don’t look like they have ever been cleaned!!! Everything was extremely dated!!! Customer service was horrible and the manager was awful as well!!! Don’t expect anyone to care when there are issues!! We had multiple issues with checking in and check out and then mistakingly marking us as a no show and multiple incorrect charges!!! We Would not have stayed here but we had to for soccer tournament!! I would never go back again!!!!
