Celeste at the front desk is awesome! Celeste at the front desk was extremely helpful!! I had to make some adjustments to my schedule and she was awesome. The hotel was extremely busy due to a large conference in town, but she was patient, responsive, and able to resolve my issue. Thanks, Celeste!

Nice hotel downtown My family was staying for a family wedding and my older father in law needed to change rooms to a handicap accessible room in a sold out hotel! Celeste, at the front desk was amazing! She moved my dad to the handicap room, and my daughter who was checking in, into my dads old room that was adjoined to our room and she was so patient amid being so busy with others checking in and out! She also checked back with both myself and my dad to make sure the arrangements were ok and if we needed anything! She went over and beyond!

Avoid Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown during Indy 500 weekend Stayed here for Indy 500. Very poor experience. Very difficult to call the hotel directly. No one answered the phone. Way overpriced for very dated rooms and minimal front desk service. The manager is very unprofessional. The location is very good for the Indy 500 parade but if you have a car in the parking garage, it is unavailable the day of the parade. They warned me of this but there wasn’t any reasonable option where else to park the car. I will never stay here again for Indy 500 weekend.

Spacious rooms, great for families Booked 2 queen 1 bedroom suite for a stopover in Indy. The room size was very large making it great for pack and play/Slumperpod set up with space to hang out after bedtime. 1 block from Monument Circle and under 1 mile to the Canal. Also just a few blocks from Whole Foods for a quick grocery stop. Friendly, hospitable hotel staff and valet. Would gladly stay here again.

Definitely 5 (wish could give more) stars The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt!! The bed was amazing!! Don’t think I’ve ever (or will ever) be disappointed at a Hilton! Seems like they only have the best of the best staff!! From the front desk to the housekeeping everyone is amazing! Definitely 5 stars Hilton!! Keep up the amazing job _
