Happy Guest Jessica was amazing taking care of the room. Blaine was always attentive and courteous when using valet service. The restaurants had good food & service. The environment was clean and safe. Will definitely be a returning guest. Thankful to all of the staff.

Great property centrally located. Amazing stay. I upgraded to a king deluxe and happy I did. Much larger room with a great sitting area (2 chairs and a couch). Bed was very comfortable. Was on 18th out of 19 floors and although my view wasn't facing the cityside I can imagine what that view would be. Had an issue with the air conditioner (was an unusually warm November day) and was resolved with 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet was delicious in the 120 (not a coffee drinker but there is a Starbucks on property). Hotel was close to everything that is deemed sightsee able and Gainbridge, Lucas Oil, abd restaurant/bar row. The valet even opened the door of by Uber and secured my baggage after I checked out to do some more sightseeibg til I was ready to leave. Will definately stay again when in Indy.

Fast and easy Nice people fast service. Came in on a Tuesday night late and left Thursday afternoon. Everything was great. Kyla Kinja Blaine They are great and we're very fast about getting my luggage and car. They also were fast about getting my package.

Above and beyond I wish I could give this hotel 10/5 for the amazing experience they provided for Swifties this weekend. I got a last minute reservation (And tix too!) for my 7 year old and I. I was just happy to get a last minute room, but I cannot overstate how much detail and care they put it making this a magical experience- it was so evident they had been preparing for months. We walked in and immediately saw an Eras tour balloon display witha step and repeat. They had a whole floor with face painters, a bracelet making station, hairbraiders and a Photo Booth. There were Taylor Swift lyrics all over the hotel. Their pre planning was phenomenal, they had a post concert buffet ready for concert goers from 11 pm to 1 am. So killer because me and my mini -swiftie were starving. The breakfast buffet was also very good the next day. The bed was beyond comfortable, I could have slept all morning, I’m very sad I had to race home. You can tell they are very well prepared for large scale events. Very close to the convention center and stadium. Thank you thank you thank you to the Hilton for making this the most memorable experience for myself and my girl!

Amazing weekend stay! I loved the experience at the Hilton! My family and I flew up for the Taylor Swift concert, and all of the details the staff put into decorating the lobby and activities for the kids made the experience so magical!! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating to our requests!
