Great dinner at Eagles Nest with servers Anthony and Renee Dinner at the Eagles Nest was spectacular! Our servers Anthony and Renee did a great job! I had the shrimps cocktail, the Baby Arugula salad, the salmon, and the cheesecake dessert. All were wonderful and the presentation was fabulous. Be sure to ask for Anthony and Renee to be your servers!

Perfect location for the ICC and Lucas Oil Stadium The Hyatt Regency Indy is the perfect location if you are attending an event at the ICC or Lucas Oil Stadium. It is a very short walk to either venue, and they can be accessed via sky walk if you don't want to go outdoors. The hotel staff is very friendly and try to respond quickly to your requests. The rooms are fairly standard for a Hyatt, though the corner King we requested this year was super spacious. We have stayed here for a big convention for the past 4 or 5 times we've been in Indy and we will definitely be back.

Great Convention Experience This is one of the better (if pricier) hotel options for the Gen Con tabletop gaming convention, held in Indianapolis every year.

Gencon 2024 The Hyatt this year outdid themselves. They opened up the restaurant area for late-night gaming and gave access to the staff elevators. Fast and friendly staff were available to help.

What a wonderful experience! Hi! I was at the Hyatt for Gencon, and OMG - it was amazing. I felt safe and welcomed, as a trans woman I felt seen and welcomed. I had a blast talking with the staff and hanging out with them. And this is where this review will get sappy. Luna is just an amazing soul! She was just hanging out at the front desk, and I'm not sure when I first met her. But I feel like we have been friends for forever. I couldn't help but smile when she was working, even if she wasn't directly helping me. She's super good at her job, and is just awesome. Jennifer is so kind and helpful, and I literally sought her out for help or just to say hi multiple times. Due to my own personal ... Silliness.. the convention could have started out very bad. But Jennifer helped, I'm just so thankful to her. There were so many others, and I wish I had names - but I spoke with cleaners, hoppers, bar staff, and just everyone staffed there. They were all so nice, engaging, and I was happy to spend my time with y'all while at the convention. You all really made the event a success. And I hope you know that. I hope I get to see you all next year and catch up!!
