Wonderful stay and a wonderful view! Stayed here for the HR Indiana SHRM conference. It was great being in the same place as the conference. Enjoyed a very short trip downstairs to the conference. Every morning it was nice to look out the window waiting for the elevator and see the White River Park and Indianapolis Zoo. It was a great view form the 22nd floor.

AMAZING HOSPITALITY & SERVICE In June 2021, I contacted JW Marriott and spoke with WHITNEY about a July reservation for my and my wife's 43rd wedding anniversary. I was so pleased that I arranged our reservation through WHITNEY, as she was wonderful to speak with, and she did an amazing job in getting us the reservation deserving of a 43rd anniversary. Thank you, WHITNEY. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening of July 8, 2021, it was EVAN who checked us in. As we were being checked in, I happened to mention to EVAN how wonderful WHITNEY was in working on our reservation, and mentioned that she was able to provide us with a corner room on the 24th floor in honor of our anniversary. When EVAN heard this, he took the supplied key cards back from me, and then provided me with new key cards and told me he upgraded us to the top floor (33rd floor) with a corner room. What an unexpected surprise! I could have hugged him when he told me this! Both my wife and I were absolutely delighted and pleased -- we all had big smiles. (I think I had a tear in my eye.) When we checked-out, it was REED who assisted us. I told him about WHITNEY and EVAN, and how thrilled my wife and I were to be able to spend a part of our 43rd wedding anniversary at JW Marriott. REED was just as genuinely service-oriented, pleasant, and professional as was WHITNEY and EVAN. I cannot begin to emphasize how wonderful our experience was in working with the staff at JW Marriott! This is an absolutely amazing place to visit, and the staff are very well trained in courteous hospitality. I love this place, and we will visit again!

Hit and miss Here's the good: the bathroom with the kohler body sprays is really great. The High Velocity bar is open late for food and drinks. The bad: You can get a luggage cart from the valet but you have to push it yourself. Also, there is no free breakfast option for Bonvoy Platinum / Titanium. This despite the fact that the only option for breakfast is a $23 buffet at Osteria Pronto? C'mon guys don't be so cheap - sometimes I don't want the extra points, I want breakfast. If you are going to a baseball game, Colts game, or to the downtown museums, this place is perfect.

Great Indianapolis Hotel! Fantastic downtown location...a bit removed from the congestion/noise of the main downtown area but an easy walk to most sights, restaurants, etc. Plus, a beautiful and easy walk to the zoo. My corner room was well-furnished, comfortable, clean, and quiet with great views of the parks. Very convenient to drive into/out of.

Nice hotel...but noisy pipes This is a good/bad review. The customer service is excellent, from the nice lady my husband spoke to on the phone to confirm that we could check in early to the nice young man who checked us in. The room was clean, we had a view of downtown, I think the better view would be the park view. The hotel is across the street from the convention center, next door to the minor league baseball team, and across the street in the back from the amphitheater at White River State Park. The complaint that I have is that every time someone went to restroom or took shower there was a loud noise and it was very annoying. When we checked out the next morning, we had to get a bell person to get our luggage, she was very nice and waited outside with us as long as she could before she had to go. When valet finally brought our car, they weren't very happy they had to help load our vehicle, and just started throwing stuff in without paying attention that it would have been blocking the back window of our SUV - I was not happy about this. Would I stay here again...yes, if the pipes were fixed as everything else was good.
