La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis East-Post Drive

Would have went somewhere else if it wasn’t so late. Absolute dump. Stay somewhere else! Worst hotel experience I’ve had yet. Can’t even keep the yard mowed. Shameful business to say the least. Place smells like weed and cigarettes, sign says so smoking. Floor looks like it rarely get vacuumed. Ceiling paint falling off. I could go on and on.

Unparallel comfort Unparalleled Comfort!** I've never slept so well in a hotel room before! The bed is simply divine, the pillows are perfectly supportive, and the whole room is designed for ultimate relaxation. The cozy atmosphere, the comfortable furniture, and the thoughtful touches make it feel truly welcoming.

Incompetent and dishonest I reserved a room through Airbnb for the April 2024 eclipse. Two days before the eclipse they called me to cancel the reservation because they overbooked. I can't say I trust that it was a pure human error because they avoided contacting me via Airbnb and asked me to cancel the reservation. This was an effort on their part to avoid the $50 cancellation fee and cost of my reservation.

Big thanks It was our first time staying at this hotel. Every time we go on a trip and require a hotel, we will book with this chain. Very tidy, with polite, helpful staff. Breakfast was outclass. The dining area is also beautiful. Big thanks for the fantastic experience!

EXTREMELY DIRTY HOTEL, DO NOT STAY Please save yourself the money and do not book any room at this hotel. First off.. the person at the front desk told me the price of the room & charged it too my card.. then right after charging the room total.. he told me about the $50 security deposit which I feel should have been told before he even charged my card but, oh well. After being charged, you will sign a paper that states that if you don’t let them know about problems with your room within 15 min of your stay, they can’t process a refund right away..So when I get too the room, two roaches were in the toilet sitting there. I left and didn’t put of my belongings in there for about 2-3 hours and when I came back, there was a baby roach crawling on the sink & a baby roach on the lamp by the bed! Blood stains on the sheets.. just please take your money and book somewhere much cleaner and safer. When they offered another room it was literally 3 doors down from the one with roaches. After all of this.. they will not respond to booking.com to get my refund processed. SMH
