Comfortable, spacious and relaxing The food is delicious, the room is comfortable, the bed is amazing, the pool is clean, the public area is spacious and inviting and the staff is top notch.

Omni Stay Great experience overall - staff were incredibly helpful and service oriented. Mark the valet was a great first impression and the front desk staff was very helpful and informative.

Great Hotel to stay with during conventions at the ICC The distance to the ICC and proximity to good restaraunts makes this hotel ideal for convention visits. Georgia Street Grind is also just down the road if you need a cup of coffee in the morning.

Uncomfortable stay The stay at the Omni was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Indy in the last 20 years I have visited here and also one of the most expensive. The room was old and outdated even though we were told it was recently renovated. The bed sloped and was so uncomfortable. There was clearly electrical issues with the lamps and as you would sit there watching tv they would flicker at times and almost short before coming back on. The front desk staff was unhelpful and acted as if they were burdened to help you with any request. The only highlight was how great the valet and bellhops were, so helpful and friendly.

Complete miss with renovations. The renovated hotel is a huge downgrade. The rooms are weird. No desk. Only a round table in its place. Shower has extremely weak flow. Construction noise. Slow wifi. The new restaurant looks like a diner. All the design choices are weird. Rooms don’t feel upscale. During upgrade they didn’t take time to upgrade the air conditioning which is crazy. The hallways are always humid and 90 degrees if not more. The Omni is supposed to be classy and I used to consider it a really nice hotel. Now it feels overpriced and strange. When you are under construction and things are missing, don’t increase your pricing!
