Great place near downtown Indy The Alexander was a great place to stay in close proximity to the heart of Indianapolis. Very close to restaurants and shopping as well as major attractions. The room was large, clean, and quiet.

Disappointed in Indy This hotel is overrated as a 4-star hotel. None of the amenities that are expected of a four-star hotel were provided. Especially in regards to the room quality, food or food service. There was music from a nightclub or ? that could be heard just about bedtime.

Will return Thanks to the Alexander team my stay was easy and quick. Jackson checked me into valet when I arrived and made sure the valet process was simple. The room was nice but far from the elevators. Would come back on future trips whether for business or pleasure

Trip to Indy My work trip to Indy was almost ruined due to the hotel and Uplift not having great communication and I provided everything to the hotel that Uplift and the hotel reservation email confirming things. This was a headache and almost ruined my stay. Without the patience of Rji I doubt things would have been resolved.

Play 99 We experienced excellent service for Breakfast by Kritina from July 18-21. Her pleasant personality and smile and service each morning at 6:30 am was a blessing to us . We also appreciate the efficiency of the cleaning staff. The Alexander was an excellent place to stay for our Catholic Eucharistic Congress
