Excellent stay The room was very nice and comfortable. The AC was amazing, very cold. Everything was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Don't stain the towels Everything was fine, we checked in and the girl at the reception was nice. We got to our room and was clean and everything neat. We decided to use the pool and asked a lady in the laundry room if we can have towels to use at the pool. She handed us the towels, chairs by the pool were really hot so we put the towels over the chairs and sat down. One towel got a stain from the chair. At checkout, this other receptionist told us that in order to get our deposit back she needed to inspect the room, no problem, since we were aware that nothing was broken or missing. She come back ann told us that she will charged us $10 dollars for the stain on the towel, like, seriously??? It's not like the stain will stay on the towel after being washed with all that bleach and hot water that they used for all of their linens. After I told her that was ridiculous and the stain will go out after washing it, she went back to talk to someone and then go to the front and gave us the deposit back like if she was going to pay for the towel herself.

We would definitely stay here again! We were in town for the weekend, which include polo at the El Dorado Polo Club. The hotel was conveniently located, and reasonably priced plus it allows dogs. We would definitely stay here again. It is also conveniently located for Stagecoach.

Nice and clean place to stay and nice place to stay. Pillows are small. not comfortable. Close to Walmart, Starbucks. very near I10. Clean, well maintained. will stay again. Coffee machine, fridge and MW in the room. Good for transit. would go again, Front desk staff very helpful.

Relaxing hotel This hotel is a great hotel I Didn't like. That they threw our clothes in the dumpster and only gave us a few towels. The only thing that helped this was the front deskperation. They're really quick to help us in polite.
