NEW ENGLAND INN AND LODGE

A bit of a let down. This was our 3rd stay at NE Inn & Lodges. We love the cabins & area. The cabin was not as clean as it should have been: I had to clean the jetted tub. Baseboards & tub surround were dusty. Coffee was provided but we had to go to the office to re-supply & when we got there, the sign said "closed early" so no coffee next morning. Our lirst stay was pre-covud & included continental breakfast. They never brought it back..

Great food, great service! We stayed in the jacuzzi lodge and it’s so comfy cozy here. Great accommodations, comfy bed, comfy couch, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace and tv. Great little porch out front with nice rocking chairs would be better if the weather was warmer than the 8° this weekend but that’s Mother Nature for you. Also 100 yards away from Tuckermans Tavern which is great to walk to and from. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking.

Lovely Inn. We travel a lot and stay in the North Conway - Jackson area several times a year at different places. I really liked the atmosphere at NE Inn & Lodges. We stayed in the Inn. The entranced is bright and welcoming. There is a gas fireplace that was lovely to sit in front of and read. But the fireplace did not have a blower to bring heat into the room which would have been nice on a cold day. The room was lovely. It was quite large and had a sitting area. The TV offered many channels and the remote was easy to use. There were two entrances in the room. One led to the large wrap around porch with nice furniture. Great for sitting and looking. The room was nicely decorated. The large wooden beams gave it an awesome western lodge look. The only negative was the wooden beams made the room seem darker than if it had white walls. Better lighting would solve the problem. Because of the covered porch no sunlight came in to brighten the room. The room was spotlessly clean. The coffee pot was useful. If you drink tea, ask at the desk for some. The refrigerator came in very handy as did the microwave. No dishes or utensils were there. The bathroom was large with needed toiletries. The towels were nice. Staff: the ones we met were friendly and helpful. Food: Breakfast at the Sunrise Café a few miles away offers a great menu, food, and at very reasonable prices. There might be a line to get in during busy times. Dinner at Tuckerman's is a great place. It is owned by the Inn an is across the small road from the inn. Good menu with good food and prices. Pool: Get towels at the check in desk. The pool was very clean and so were the dressing rooms. (but could change if it is very busy) It was a nice place to relax and read. No hot tub. We went off season so no one was there but us. There are different types of accommodations: log cabins, cottages, and the Inn. Something for everyone. Lots to do in the area all year around. Would I return to the Inn? Yes, but being retired we wait for specials.

Great inn and location! We stayed as a family for the weekend as it was close to Story Land. There were 4 adults and 2 children. The newly renovated Garden Suite was perfect! The lofted ceilings made the room feel very large and I liked that the half wall separated the beds from the “living room” area. It is beautifully appointed and very clean. We were in number 2 which is half of a cottage with a lovely porch with Adirondack chairs. It was located across from the indoor pool. We swab in the pool twice during our stay and were the only family in the pool. We had dinner at Tuckerman’s both nights and the food and service was great. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this property!

Great weekend family getaway! My family and I loved it here! The room was very comfortable and perfect for my family of 5. Pool was great! Very clean and heated. Such a convenient location, close to North Conway, but quiet and serene. Great customer service. We will definitely be back!
