Awful shuttle service We stayed at the hotel to use their free parking service and shuttle to the airport. After our return flight arrived we waited for two hours for the shuttle to arrive. We called the hotel and was told over and over that the driver was 15 mins away

Filthy room Room was filthy. Carpet so dirty your feet turned black when walking barefoot. Dried globs of some substance on the walls. Refrigerator so loud it made sleep difficult.

Not worth it Run away from this shady place quickly. Shower head mounted on wall facing out of shower so sprayed all over bathroom pushing shower curtain out of shower. Toilet wouldn't stop running. Told front desk twice and two different desk clerks said ok sorry and just kept looking at the computer. Hot Tub was lukewarm and when I told desk clerk I was told no it is warm enough. Paint all over faucet handles and towel racks, all ice machines broken was told they would give us on bucket of ice a day only. Breakfast was sparse, scrambled eggs and eggs Patty's waffles toast bagles, no meat. No forks to eat with only spoons. We found out after we left they charged us $6.00 in the middle of the night on our last day. Called hotel they said it was a credit although it shows a debit on our bank account. They argued with us and now we have to go talk to our bank.

Friendly staff but not worth the poor experience Toilet in our room didn’t work. Room felt as if it was damp. Pebble rock flooring in pool area was hard on feet plus there were loose stones all over. No ice maker. Internet only in the lobby, not available in rooms.

Cozy stay Enjoyed our stay with your establishment. Cozy beds, great amenities and I know my vehicle is safe and sound till I get back. Staff is friendly and helpful whenever we need something
