AWESOME STAY Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a smile. The check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and always willing to go the extra mile throughout my stay. Nice lobby, big warm indoor pool. The location was perfect for my needs.I was impressed by recent upgrades and clean room. Rested good to take care my business next day. The breakfast buffet has various selection, including eggs, sausage, fresh fruits, juices, and yogurt etc. I would come back again when I am hear in the town. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel. I got value for price.

Excellent hotel stay It was a nice hotel. I was told that they recently renovated and the room and the bathroom were stylish. I like the hardwood floors, just my personal preference. It was quiet so I got a good night sleep. The front desk woman was very nice and professional. She answered my questions about where to go for the local eats. The breakfast offered a variety that I can eat something hot or cold.

Poor unprofessional rude This motel seems more like a rooming house for alcoholics!! As i was going to the vending machine there was an intoxicated man sleeping on the chairs in the front lobby! Full garbage bags laying around, I believe it was the owner who was talking to a gentleman who was asking if he could pay for another night due to his wife’s in the hospital and he refused saying he stayed long enough and in the sign said hospital rates which is why we WERE getting a room for a couple days due to my husband stay, he was very rude and unprofessional! We left! Very misleading as far as saying weekly rates!!

Field trip on July 29th and 30th to Iron Mountain, Michigan. Not a place to stay. Photos are not what you get. Swimming area is in need of repair. The floor area is discussing and the jets in the hot tub did not work. The breakfast area is limited to say the least. Hot plates look like they are for food but are not even hooked up. The hotel looks like the contractor who was hired to remodel the place did not know what he was doing.

Pleasant Stay The pillows were very soft and my stay was a very nice. Nice beds and bedding. Clean rooms. They have a nice pool area. It’s close to restaurants and stores. Even near by a gas station that’s 24 hours.
