Pleasant Hotel This was our second stay. It’s well designed, pleasant for a quick business trip and walkable to a few restaurants if you don’t want to drive far. Jonathan Chandler at the front desk was a delight, very helpful during our stay. We would stay here again.

Amazing weekend! I participated in a women's retreat this weekend at Aloft. We had a block of rooms and took over the meeting room and pool table area where we were allowed to lay out the catered meals. It was so nice to be able to stay onsite for the retreat and the staff at Aloft were very helpful and accommodating. Wonderful, beautiful stay with friendly staff and clean, comfortable, well priced rooms.

Wonderful Stay on Christmas Eve Yes, what a wonderful Christmas Eve stay at Aloft. Tony Barnes, Austin Mgr. greeted me as I entered the hotel. He was friendly and helpful. Christian, front desk clerk was extremely friendly, helpful and very attractive. He even helped me by taking a couple of holiday photos in the hotel lobby when he wasn't busy. The room was definitely nice and I liked the layout of the room. I enjoyed the complimentary cocoa and cookies! My hotel stay was extremely awesome and I look forward to my stay at Aloft!! Well done and keep up the excellent customer service!!

Amazing service We came in Aloft for a conference. Our bartender was amazing , friendly and provide great care for our business group her name is Nicole ! Very impressive customer service great care and sweet personality!

Staff Shout Out I just wanna say Nicole and Ricky made our weekend trip amazing!! Nicole made some great drinks at the bar! She knows what she’s doing and makes a superb old fashion. I watched her ask a guest what’s in the drink they requested, and she recreated it without a second thought. Ricky’s smile and greeting when you walk in is everything. He has such a positive attitude, no matter what he’s met with. They both truly love what they’re doing. I appreciate people who go above and beyond what’s expected of them. And they both do it with passion. They made this hotel stay everything. And Jonathan was a great leader, too. This hotel is staffed with wonderful people who truly make an experience unique. Thank you all for making such a short stay so sweet!!
