Don’t do it! I thought how bad could it be? It can be bad, really bad! There was a fight going on in the hall so security walked with me to my room. My room was on the 3rd floor so I was happy to have security there to help me carry my bag up the stairs. The only thing looking clean in the room was a towel. I laid that on top of the bed. The only reason I didn’t just leave was I only needed the room 4.5 hours.

A 5 Star Hotel Wyndham Flag on it ? OMG. This place has been Re-Built. The BEST hotel in DFW now. What a transformation ? A 5 Star Hotel Wyndham Flag on it ? What an amazing Transformation ? I have never seen such beautiful LAS VEGAS Style hotel in DFW. How did they do it so fast ? So Nice........ Soooo beautiful......Brand New and THE BEST HOTEL. Joshua

ROACHES!!! There are 150 reviews talking about Roaches and horrid customer service. Are they ALL LYING?!? The manager treats everyone like criminals. Bang on your door when your in bathroom. Carpet floods when it rains. Elevators always break. Heater fails in winter time. Rats can be heard overhead. No refunds.

A scene out of American horror story A scene out of American Horror Story. All we did was book on Spot Hero to park here for a few days when we flew out of DFW. And let me tell you, I was TERRIFIED to leave my car behind, I thought about my car every day while I was gone. I don’t even know if I can explain how sketchy the place was. If you watch American Horror Story Hotel then this is it!! We parked our car at 4 am. People were still partying and hanging out by cars. When we went inside to wait for the shuttle to the airport the employee sitting at the front didn’t seem to care about any of the activities going on. Surprisingly our car was still intact. But never again, just pay a few more bucks to park at a safer space.

Do not recommend This place is under construction. Pool and hottub are closed, despite me calling and asking if they were open. The elevators were not working. The fire alarm lights were going off, but not the sound, I'm assuming it was disabled, not very safe. Everything was dirty, stained and smelled terrible. Carpets were sticky, paint was peeling, lights flickered everywhere. When we got to the room my daughter said "Do we really have to stay here??" We were there 5 minutes before we turned around and asked for a refund. We felt unsafe and like we needed a shower just in those 5 minutes.
