Worst front desk service Terrible front desk service ever. I never had this kind bad front desk service ever in any Hilton hotel. I will never choose this one again. From the airport I called so many times but no answer more than 35min. I finally can contact them through Hilton customer service. Not recommend this hotel at all until they changed front desk staff.

Beautiful From the outside to the inside everything was beautiful. Breakfast was great. Room was clean with nice smell. No unpleasant odors. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Free shuttle from and to airport. Staff was pleasant for the most part. The lady that prepared the omelet at breakfast was kind of unpleasant but oh well. She didn’t matter so……..

Never Again! I am a Hilton Diamond member. I used reward points to book this room. I booked this room in May 2024, so 6 months in advance. I checked in online through the app. I never received my digital key for the room I was checked in under. When we arrived, we arrived to a long line of people trying to check in. So after 30mins of waiting in line, we were informed that our room that we were checked in under wasn’t ready for us and were given another room. We had an event to go to and because of this, we were only given 30 mins to get ready and out the door for our event. When we arrived back at our room later that night we found that the room wasn’t adequately prepared with no extra linens for the pullout bed for my children to sleep on. When I went to the front desk where I had to wait again because they are not adequately staffed, I was told that it would be a minute because their system was down. All I needed was lines and pillows for my children. This by far one of the worst ran Hilton properties I have ever stayed at. I have stayed here multiple times for business and there is always an issue. Never again!

Worst experience ever!!!! I would have given ZERO stars if I could. Had the worst experience traveling, contributed by the actions of the Embassy Suites-DFW, this past Monday night (11/4/24). After waiting in the DFW Airport for over 6 hours and eventually having the flight canceled, I arranged and confirmed a room @ the Embassy Suites-DFW, confirmation #53017789, and charged my credit card. After paying for a ride to the hotel, I was promptly told that my room for the night was canceled because over 25 guests overbooked them! Please note that it was after midnight, and I paid for an Uber to arrive, only to be told that the ROOM I PAID FOR was unavailable. In addition, I was told that they did not charge my credit card. What did I find out this morning (11/7/24)? The CHARGE FOR THE ROOM WAS ON MY CREDIT CARD!!!! WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot!!!! WTF!!! Someone with Hilton, please fix this immediately and assist with resolving the most significant travel inconvenience I have experienced! Please Address! Please remove the Charge ASAP!!!! My Hilton Honors number is #1515712923.. Something has to be done to resolve this significant inconvenience! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Love the hotel, the room was destroyed. I love Embassy Suites, but I had the worst room I have seen in a long time. I had a drawer that didn't close, the leather headboards were clawed up, and the curtains looked like a large cat climbed them repeatedly. I have photos! I think they gave me some extra room they don't usually rent out.
