A nice hotel with a few glitches I had a nice stay at the Ritz in Dallas. It is an older hotel that was formerly a Four Seasons. They did an extensive renovation recently. My room was spacious. I had a corner king room with a nice balcony. The room wasn’t as clean as I would expect for a Ritz, but wasn’t dirty. The toilet hadn’t been replaced and didn’t work as well as a new one would. Also the sink had a big crack in it. A couple of the power outlets in the room didn’t function. Not what you would expect from a five star property. The star was professional and helpful. The gym is very large and well equipped. All in, I had a nice stay but would not say this property is a 5 star hotel.

Perfect staycation! We had a fantastic stay this weekend at the Ritz Las Colinas-Dallas. Everything we experienced from the staff service to the beautiful club lounge was perfect. The resort pool had a great vibe and service too. Our family is local and will be regulars.

Wait until construction completed The place has potential but I’d wait until the construction is complete to visit. Stayed in April 2024 and seems like everything is under construction. Pool and spa were both closed and coffee shop is “coming soon” A lot of construction noise all day including early Saturday morning. Not within walking distance to anything. Not get up to Ritz Carleton standards. Staff was very accommodating to make stay somewhat enjoyable.

Where there is one there must be more!!!! I really loved the reviews and it looked great. My bed squeaked all night. I finally put my earbuds in. I got up for my 1st visit to the bathroom and a roach ran across the floor. I killed it with my shoe then called the front desk. They apologize but I just couldn’t make myself get in the bed. I slept on top of the covers and used my blankets from the car for the rest of my 2day stay. I loved that they are pet friendly. My puppy was with me for the trip. I asked the front desk to come to my room so they could see what I was talking. The desk was aware that it had happened. But when she came to my room she was more concerned about had I paid my pet deposit and where was my door hanger showing there was a pet in the room. She took a picture and said they would refresh my room. I am not sure if I will visit there again. I look a picture for my personal reference but I won’t share it here with this review.

Mercedes prices for rental car spa experience You should know that now they are hosting Spa services in hotel rooms during the renovation. Not a terrible idea, but know what you can expect. The masseuses here are still generally excellent; one of the most consistent massage experiences in DFW. Everyone is still super nice and helpful. My problem is the current value. Does spa management really think they can charge the full price with NO AMENITIES?! No jacuzzi, no sauna, no cold plunge, no fancy coffee, no snacks, no lotions, no spacious locker room where I can walk around, relax and watch Golf channel in a fancy robe and flipflops. Instead, you get to change in an airline restroom with mini soaps. The music comes from a little tin cup bluetooth speaker and can be overwhelmed by jackhammering. During my last treatment, the poor masseuse must have apologized 20 times and had to lean into the rickety massage table to keep it from wobbling when I asked her to go a little deeper on my lower back. I understand that the masseuses get around 25% of the fee, which is surprising if true; but this means spa mgt puts a value on amenities over 75% of the price. Well now there are no amenities at all, but the price is the same. The massages are still great but don't expect anything else until the actual spa reopens. Ask before you book. Consider bringing your headphones until then. Maybe they should offer an in-home for that price.
