Too dirty to stay Very dirty, not even vacuumed from last guest, was offered another room which was almost as dirty, I declined and was told I could cancel for a refund and that I would be emailed that notification. It never came. I was charged for 3 days after having to find another hotel

Not for us. I do not recommend this hotel. No response to my requests. Items in room didn't work properly. Room was at 55 F when we arrived. TV had to be unplugged to turn off. Front door leaked air. Toilets were dirty. Walkway lighting inoperative from our room to parking lot.

Don't waste your time to look at this Hyatt or any other Hyatt Business for bookings This place is horrible. There are so many ways I HATE this company now because of this location. My stay started with carpets dirty, all surfaces dirty. Coffee maker unusable it was so dirty. People running back and forth over and over on second floor at night, so I guess no security. No sleep for two days. I asked for clean towels none was given. Next day I picked them up myself. I asked for the room to be cleaned the cleaning team put a mini dish soap in front of my door. That was their cleaning. I cannot believe this place is in business charging people money. Very unprofessional for the Hyatt name to have front desk people have relationship conversations in the front lobby with friends that visit. This place is a disgrace.

Poorly Maintained Rooms From check in with Nancy I thought this was going to be a nice straightforward stay. She was bright, cordial and extremely welcoming. However, the room was poorly maintained and missed on so many small details. The temps were 30 degrees and the heater did not work, the room was a chilly 65 degrees all night. The bathroom had no soap or washcloths and the shower was out of soap. At least the water was hot and helped warm me up. I will not be staying at a Hyatt House property again.

Maybe look elsewhere unless you really need the space. Pro's - The rooms are large and spacious. Con's - In my experience the rooms were not clean and were poorly maintained, standard items like soaps and toilet paper were missing, the garbage and dirty towels were left outside the front door by house keeping for days at a time. Would not Recommend.
