Property needs an update Property is definitely in need of an update. Renovations appear to be happening now. I heard some construction noise while in the room. The room was quite large, which was nice. I had a view of Lake Carolyn. I liked the walking path around the lake. Nice way to start the day. The restaurant in the lobby had a good number of gluten free options. The conference offerings were limited though and not consistently marked.

Wonderful Service and Atmosphere Our conference was enhanced by the venue! The customer service was exceptional. The food was delicious and always fresh! The hotel, although not new, was maintained perfectly. Everything was simply wonderful!

Ive NEVER had a better experience I decided to take a personal stay-cation to decompress. I'm so glad that I picked this location. I have never been treated better in my life! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, the staff was spectacular, and the vibes were perfect. This will definitely start to become a home away from home for me. I was really well taken care of during my stay and I literally didn't want to check out. i had to force myself to be financially responsible and leave.

Great place to stay! The hotel is clean and beautiful. The staff is friendly and so helpful. Bed and pillows were so cozy! We’ll absolutely be back.
