July 4,2024 Vacation This hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were caring and helpful. This place is nicely close to everything you might need like restaurants and shops. The airport is very close you can hear them land that can't be helped but it is something a light sleeper or someone in need of a quieter environment might want to know. All in all, clean, comfortable and nice. A great place to stop for the night during our travels there engineer Mark was helpful giving us directions and was interested to see if our stay was going ok. Really enjoyed your staff. Back Soon!!

Good accommodations for solar eclipse I booked this hotel approximately 10 months before the solar eclipse that hit the Dallas/Ft Worth metro in Texas. What made me decide to book this hotel was it’s proximity to DFW international airport, the airport shuttle they offer to and from the airport, and their on site restaurant. After my long flight from Florida, getting a shuttle to pick myself and my mother up from the airport was as easy as calling the front desk. The driver picked us up in about 20 minutes. Checking in was simple. I was happy that they had a room reserved for us for the past ten months. Said room was very clean and well maintained. I loved that they gave us a ground floor room in the back of the building next to the door to the back parking lot. The final reason I booked this hotel was that their back parking lot overlooks the airport grounds and appeared to provide an unobstructed view of the sun for the eclipse. That proved to be the case and we viewed the entire solar eclipse from the back parking lot of this hotel. As for the rest of this hotel, I found their indoor pool and hot tub to be comfortable to use. The fitness center had just enough for a complete workout and all of the machines worked. The restaurant Bistro C was my only negative experience at this hotel. That negative experience was due to an inexperienced and unprepared waitress who made mistakes entering both myself and my mom’s orders as well as acting like my mom was speaking a foreign language when she ordered a Coke (her words) during dinner our first night. Said waitress’ performance was so bad that she left work before we got our order and another woman took over as our waitress. Luckily our new waitress showed competence and brought our food approximately 15 minutes after we placed our order a second time this time to her. The food was delicious and fresh. If I ever end up in the Dallas/Ft Worth area again, I’ll definitely stay at the Clarion again

Horrible accommodations. First off the ladies at the front desk were really nice. But the experience of staying at this location was not the best to say the least. First off we spent ten nights here and the first night we started off with only 2 towels, and to ask or get more it was like pulling teeth. Then they only refreshed are room twice and we had to ask for that... I asked if they could empty the trash cans in the room and they just handed be trash bags. They have a bistro restaurant in there. Food was OK if they were not out of stuff or if they had a cook. Maybe the owners of this hotel maybe looks at offering a continental breakfast with apple juice and orange juice, instead of charging 3 dollars for a small apple juice . The location was great but the accommodations were horrible.

Rested and ready to go. As a modestly priced hotel, this is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The common areas are immaculate as are the rooms. It is quiet and safe and convenient to the airport. Their collaboration with the restaurant on the premises is a real plus also.

Happy Texas traveler Curt, Diane, & Paul are the epitome of hospitality; as a 30 year hotel GM myself, this place is sparkling clean & the staff went above & beyond in every sense of the word. Curt even lent me a charging cord for my iPhone as I broke mine & couldn't have done it without my Waze! The food was great & staff is 100%. Thank you Curt & team for taking the best care of me! See you again soon!
