Nasty!! The hotel is nasty!! No towels, wash clothes or hand towels replaced! Also NO TOILET PAPER! The trash cans were not emptied. The ice bucket bag was never replaced. I was there with a bus group. We had breakfast catered and it was bad. Sour fruit the powered eggs tasted very bad. The staff was very rude!!! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This placesucks do not come here Over 1 hour waiting for our room. After booking 6 months in advance, the front desk persons still can’t tell us when our room will be ready. There are many people here not together experiencing the same thing. The front desk people are indifferent. They refuse to call a supervisor.

Great. I'd Repeat. As with others who gave the hotel 5 stars, who noted that they were puzzled by the many 1 star ratings, it made me wonder if we stayed in the same hotel? The only pattern that I noticed was that many of the 1 stars were by people who only had 1 review, that is not my case. I also spend 20+ days a year staying in New Jersey so I have some local perspective, but I am a fairly global traveller so can put things in perspective. I also have not been as active in recent years reviewing, but in this case I felt it was necessary. * The check in experience was "exemplary" but not quite to the point of overkill. After check in, they soon sent me a text asking me if everything was fine, if i needed anything. I am a Titanium Bonvoy and have never had that level of checkin or follow through. * The room was comparable to a Sheraton or Marriott, except the Toto bidet toilet, full disclosure I have one at home, was a nice Japanese touch. It was as well maintained as what I would expect and depending on who you ask? Superior to comps. * It was happy hour, I am Japanese and figured that I would put the Japanese restaurant to the test, mine! It did not disappoint, in fact, it exceeded! The service, food and prices made me overindulge in food and drinks! Maki's are maki's, but the sashimi was perfect, the tempura was high quality by Japanese standards (you'll know if you have eaten oily American vs Japanese Tempura immediately) and I loved the fried "Aji". * As a spoiled Marriott high level elite, I'm used to free breakfasts and told my wife that I was not willing to pay $17 for a buffet breakfast, or almost any amount for that matter... This was perhaps my only disappointment in the stay. I checked out the offerings and its was a typical 4 star offering. I passed out of principal. Certainly not just cereal and bread as one low rating person claimed, it was "normal" hot offerings, fruit etc... As noted at the beginning, I don't know where those bad reviewers stayed, but as I look at more longer stays in Jersey, this location will be at the top of my list. Bad experiences happen, but I can't fathom them here.

Great Stay I was greeted by Arikel ,he provided great customer service in letting me know about the area and the perks of the hotel . He was very nice and I was a having a bit of a rough day and he was the highlight to my trip . I was serviced at the restaurant Aui there was a gentleman name Johna who was seemed to be training /working along side Evan. Johna was so patient and was multitasking several responsibilities. I came pretty late he didn’t shy me away ,just informed me of the wait time and gave me a peace of mind that i could still enjoy dinner . His aura was very pleasant . Upon checking out Kishana was very kind she seemed to be there all day and night and i hope she gets recognition for her hard work . I hope to come back across the country soon and visit this establishment . As there is always room for growth the only thing that was a con was housekeeping . My room overall seemed to be cleaned however the bathroom floor and what look like tooth picks and floss under the sick and on the carpet was straws and a tea bag perhaps they forgot to vacuum . overall i gave the established 5/5 because i do believe collectively and with time they will meet all there expectations thank you for having me .

Super Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Quick Stay, No Issues We used APA Woodbridge as a sleeping station as my family did a quick day trip to NYC during a trip. We parked in Staten Island, took the ferry over, spent all day in Manhattan, then drove to the hotel. We checked in at 11:00pm and were out by 9am. Our room was super clean, staff was friendly, and it worked out great for us. No issues, and we will consider this as a base for our next trip to New York.
